At the end of V, Lyon dies from her injuries and was buried at the lake, though I was told that there was a way for her to live. Anyone know what to do?

You have to get all 108 Stars of Destiny before invading SolFalena. All of the Stars have to be alive, so Roy or anyone else can't be dead. They have to be alive until the end of the game, as well.
If you fulfill these requirements, you have the option to view either Good Ending A or B, or both if you were nice enough to Lym.
