It is her duty at this point to hand KOS-MOS over to Vector's Second Division in accordance with the original plan, but she is uneasy about this exchange. When trouble arises, Shion resolves to stand by her friends. Thanks to her interaction with Nephilim, their paths remain crossed. CHARACTER DESIGNS

  KOS-MOSGENDER: female HEIGHT: 167 cm (5'6") WEIGHT: 92 KG (203 lbs) AGE: looks about 18 years old KOS-MOS is put into stasis near the beginning of Episode II, but as you might expect, she does not stay that way for long. KOS-MOS seems inexplicably tied to Shion, and so plays an important role in the events following the Y-DATA extraction. CHARACTER DESIGNS

 ZiggyGENDER: male HEIGHT: 191 cm (6'3") BORN: T.C 4637 AGE: 98 years since body recycling (looks 30) Ziggy sees MOMO successfully to Second Miltia, only to watch her extraction go horribly wrong. His personal feelings towards MOMO have grown since the beginning of his story, and he acts to reunite MOMO and her mother. While his role as MOMO's body guard may seem unimportant, there are a few twists in store for Ziggy as well.

 Jr.GENDER: male HEIGHT: 140 cm (4'7") WEIGHT: 38 kg (84 lbs) AGE: looks about 12 years old A good portion of Xenosaga II deals with Jr.'s past and his connection to MOMO, which is revealed during a dive into her subconscious domain. His conflict with Albedo is also a main theme in this chapter of the story.

 JinGENDER: male HEIGHT: no info WEIGHT: no info AGE: 35 Jin was briefly mentioned in Xenosaga I as being Shion's older brother. A coincidental meeting with Jin on Second Miltia brings the siblings together again. Jin also has a former connection to chaos, who he met during the Miltian Conflict; and Margulis, who studied under his grandfather and is now a bitter rival. Jin Uzuki seeks out the truth behind the Miltian Conflict.

 AlbedoAge: 26 After intruding upon MOMO's psyche in Episode I, he appears again to claim the rest of the Y-DATA from her. In MOMO's subconscious domain, his past and the story of how he came to be what he is are played out.

 Allen RidgeleyDOB: T.C. 4743 Age: 24 Allen returns in Xenosaga II, still following Shion wherever she may go. Though he admits outright that this is all done in the name of love, he is still unable to confess his feelings. He may lose his nerve when things look hopeless; but in the end, he is a reliable friend.

 Gaignun KukaiDOB: T.C. 4741 AGE: 26 years old Kukai Foundation Director Gaignun Kukai returns to the stage with a dark secret, and a few serious problems. Unbeknownst to the rest of the cast, Gaignun is suffering from some unusual symptoms. While Jr. is preoccupied by his conflict with Albedo, Gaignun has his own problems related to being a URTV.
