Hi and welcome new and old members to the guild.
The Rules, will you abide by them? if you don't your are out of the guild!
These rules are all posted on the front page of the guild but I feel that it is a good idea to have a restating of the rules in the guild somewhere to remind people of how things are run and in the words of the phantom "should these demands be ignored a disaster beyond your imagination will occur" so here they are.
Do's and Don'ts of the Johnny Depp Movie Viewers Guild. 2008 version
Do:
1. Read all the announcements and stickies for information and ways to give input!
2. Check the guild Subforums for discussions on your favourite JD movies and anything else Johnny. that is why the subforums were created.
3. Mind the mods, they have the power to kick you out.
4. If you have any questions post them in the A and Q sticky. Everything else is in a subforum.
5. Participate frequently, if people don?t start taking part in the guild we will have a guild clean out and delete the people that don?t.
6. Keep Spam in the Subforums designated for it. If its anywhere else it could result in a banning from the guild.
7. Invite your friends to come by and check out the guild
8. Take the banners and post them in your signatures or in your stores, threads, etc.
Don?t:
1. Don't make the mods mad.
2. This is not a place for fan girls so we don't want to see that kind of behaviour in the guild at any time.
3. Please try to keep your swearing down, we would like to keep this a very friendly place and there is no need for bad language.
4. Along the lines of the above, bad language also counts as bad grammar and spelling. Please try your best to writing in complete sentences and not in all abbreviations. We don't like to see things like (hey U guyz, whats Up w/ the new Johnny movies? Arn?t the Gr cool That is just ridiculous. If you are old enough to be online and hanging out in places like Gaia you are old enough to consciously think and spell correctly. We don't care how you take to your friends on MSN or whatever just keep it there.
5. For the most part you should not be posting on the main page. that is for annoucements and information from the mods. Everything else has a subforum. that is why they were created and so take your conversations there.
6. Don't start repeat threads. We don't need a billion discussions on POTC or Sweeney Todd. there is one of each in the Movie subforum. if you want to sing their praises and clutter up a subforum take it to the chatter box or be prepared to see your thread locked and deleted.
That is all for the rules. It will be edited as we come across things that make us unhappy in the guild.

It is basically the guild contract to keep you in here so that you don?t get kicked out because you have read and understood our rules and how to keep peace and happiness in our magical world of Johnny Depp.
