The small Den of Dance and Corby was a hallowed out hole that Corby had dug himself to better protect his pups. It was wide enough for an adult wolf to walk out of and deep enough so that hungry creatures wouldn't go after his offspring without a decent amount of trouble. It was hidden by large bushes which were now bloosming with white flowers.
Corby lifted his ears at the small bark of his daughter. With a half sigh he carried the carcass of the jackrabbit to his mate and laid it down. They would need bigger prey in a very short time. He could only take down so much.
Dance stepped out of her cage with the blond blur loping after her. "Thank you." She smiled bending down to eat from the dead rabbit.
Corby braced himself. The pups hadn't caught him yet, maybe he could sneak away without too much trouble.

Or not for the father would soon find his son attacking his bushy tail, rather then eat. So ironic since as a pup Blake couldn't stop eating. Now he was ignoring a meal to attack his dad in the playful manner of pups.

Dakawa slowly raised his head over his mother's back and looked at his father with tired eyes, the pups tail thumping on the ground. With a yawn, the male pup slowly began to crawl over his mother to get to the small jackrabbit his father had gotten. Sniffing the meat slightly, he twitched an ear slightly and flopped down on the ground instead of digging into the rabbit.

Corby gave a yelp and turned to eye his son and his needle-like sharp teeth. Blake, of course. He let out a small warning growl before shaking his rump to lightly dislodge the pup. "Taking a wolf in the back? A good trick for your later years but true wolves fight fang to fang."
Ashley bounced away from her mother and grinned at Dakawa. "Wanna play?" She asked wagging her tail at a high speed. Her naturally high pitched voice raised in excitement. She lifted her tail in the air and laid down on her front paws, ready to pounce.

He yipped as he slid from the tail but bounded back to his feet and under his dad's legs to reach up and lick his muzzle.

Dakawa stared at his sister curiously, wondering whether or not to play with her. An internal instinct told him to go play with him, but the other part of his mind told him not to. Closing his eyes briefly, he decided to cave into his instincts and play with his sisters. Grinning mischiefly, he slowly rose to all fours and attempted to pounce on his sister.

Ashley, who hadn't been ready for the advance, yelped and landed backward. "Heeey" She whined before trying to kick her brother off.
Corby looked appalled about the display of affection and put a paw on the small pup in an attempt to calm him. "Aren't you guys ready for hunting lessons yet?" He muttered.
"Corby." Dance warned. She wasn't going to have him end up killing her pups. He wasn't much of father material but he was there for them at least.

He grinned wider as he placed his forepaws on his sister's chest and firmly placed his hindlegs on the ground. "Hey what? You're the one who wanted to play," he said in a low whisper to her. Sighing, he pinned an ear back against his skull and slowly lowered his body down on the ground.

Blake squirmed and whined as his father pinned. "Dad!" He whined up at him.

Close by to the commotion, Young Daniel was found trying to climb a dirt boulder. He had successfully managed to get to a considerable height, but he was still young and weak. "wooooaaahhh. WOOAAHH" Danny yelled as his claws lost their grip, making him start to skid down the dirt at a pace faster than what the young pup would deem 'fun'.

Dance glanced up at her final son and trotted over to him. "Daniel? Are you alright?" She questioned with a slight shake of her head.
"Gotcha." The father whispered in his ear before releasing his hold. He grinned at the brother and sister. "Careful you two."
"We are dad!" Ashley called out then glared at her brother. "Come on! I can do better! I just got surprised was all!"

((sweet, I turned 19 this year :3))
Danny looked up at Dance where he had landed on his back with a goofy expression that sort of conveyed the message of 'that was fun, in a lifethreatening sort of way!!!'. "Yah, Fine Momma... I think...," He said as he turned slightly to try to get to his feet.

The older wolf gave an exasperated sigh at her fun loving son. "If you say so Daniel. Just be more careful!" She moved to him and used her muzzle to flip him back over. "You need a bath..." She commented lightly.
Corby rolled his eyes again. Why did puppies love to tackle unwary fathers? The black devil took the blow and pretended to fall onto his back. "My, you are a strong boy!" He chuckled, his yellow eyes gleaming. "Perhaps strong enough to be an Alpha one day." A low growl from Dance cut him off. He knew not now but soon.

Blake flenched hearing his mother growl but he turned back to his 'fallen' father and rested his paws on his stomach. His little tail wagged. "You think so?"
