Inside of the odd area that was his classroom Orpheus was once more setting up a class. This one should prove to be interesting. Another 'finding' class but a little different. He was using the entirey of the classroom to hide the spheres. Up in the lower branches of the trees, on the ground hidden among the rocks, under bushes, one was even floating on the surface of the water. Five of them in all were hidden withing in teh place, all of them colored so that they wouldn't stand out from where they were resting. This wasn't a class for spotting after all, it was a class based around 'scent'.
Each of the spheres had been dunked in a various sort of perfume before it had been hidden, so that the one that was searching for them could catch their various smells to follow it back to where the sphere was hiding. All he had to do now was await his student's arrival.

Mia stepepd into the room and looked around, finding the classroom interesting in it's appearace."Come on Arith~"Mia purred the words and stepped further into the room, searching about for the teacher.
Arith walked in after Mia and stopped at her side, looking around the classroom curiously.His ears twitched slightly as he looked up at Mia, wondering what they were doing here as he had forgotten.

Orpheus turned as he heard people come in behind him and he lowered his pen that was jotting down notes on the clipboard he'd fetched, alright. His student was here so they could get things rolling, "Hello there." He greeted the two walking over to them, "Welcome to Skills Class." It wouldn't be to hard he figured now that he saw his student face to face, he looked like he could sniff out the hidden spheres.
"My Name is Orpheus." He wasn't like the other teachers, none to strict about calling him 'Mr. Solon' as he didn't think it really fit him well.

Mia looked over at the greeting and smiled."Hello.Is the class ready?"She glanced around for a moment, hoping she wasn't too early.
"Hullo!"Arith waved at the Orpheus, a large grin on his face.

Orpheus gave a nod, "Yes, all ready and waiting, once I explain the class and the objective Arith can jump right into his Skill Class." He said then dug into his pocket to take out one of the glass spheres that he used in his classes, "In the classroom are hidden several of these. Five of them to be exact."
He held it out so that the boy could see it, "Each of them has been covered in a different sort of perfume, scents that don't belong in a setting like this classroom."

"Alright."Mia smiled, taking a step back as Orpheus starting explaining what Arith was to do.
Arith's ears perked forward as the man spoke, looin gover the glass sphere as it was taken from his pocket."So I find all athe glass balls?"He cocked his head to the side, wondering if that was it.It seemed simple enough to him.

Orpheus nodded, "Yes, thats all there is to it. Just keep in mind that they are all hidden pretty well, its only the scent that will lead you to them. Once you find all of them bring them back to me and I will be able to pass you." There was also a reward to be had at the end of the class but he wasn't gonna tell him that until after he found them all. Best that a kid passed the class because they wanted to not just for what they would get at the end.

Arith grinned at Orpheus finished speaking.It sounded really fun, more fun than digging holes in the back yard."When I start?Now?"His tail moved slowly from side to side as if waiting to wag in excitement at the go-ahead to start searching.

Enthusiastic students were always the best he thought to himself, it meant that for the most part classes went smoothly, "Yes. Ready? Set... Go!" He said jokingly, motioning to show that the classroom was now open for full inspection by the boy, "Good luck."

Arith's tail began wagging at the go and he looked about.He took a few unsure steps forward and sniffed the air, trying his best to sort through all the different smells.He continued moving forward, turning his head this was and that to catch any different scents he thought might not belong.
An scent caught his nose, one he wouldnt think woul dbe in a classroom made to look outdoorsy.Arith followed after the scent, getting so caught up in following it he didn't notice the tree, that is untill he bumped into it."Oww!"Arith rubbed his head and looked around, wondering where the scent led to.After rubbing his forehead a bit more he sniffed the air again and walked around the tree.The smell seemed to be coming from the tree!
Arith walked back around and snoffed about, getting a bit congused with all the other scents.After a moment he determined it was in the tree and poked about the branches he could reach.He grabbed the branch were he thought it was and pulled himself up enough so he could look at the top.He didn't quite notice the coloured sphere at first, but as the smell was strongest in one spot he figured it was there.He pushed aside a couple leaves and grinned, spotting the sphere."I founded one~"
After grabbing up the sphere he lowered himself back onto the ground and looked around, not sure what to do with the sphere now.He took a few steps back torwards Orpheus, stopping as the teacher was in sight adn holding the sphere up."I found one~What I do with it now?"

Orpheus motioned to him, "Just bring it over to me so that I can hold it and its scent doesn't confuse you away from the other ones. You can then head back out to find the next one." He told him, smiling. He was doing pretty well, had already found one of them. This class it seemed would progress quite well. He drifted over so that he could see from his position the pool.
He didn't look at it to give Arith a hint as to where one of the other spheres was hiding, floating on the water's surface but wanted to be able to see for when he did find it, he didn't want any accidents. At the moment the sphere was in the shallow end though so it should be find.

Arith nodded and hurried torwards him, depositing the sphere on the ground at Orpheus' feet.He stood back up and wiped his hands off on his shorts, sniffing at them lightly as a bit of the smell clung to his fur.With a shrug he turned back around and moved forward.
He sniffed at the air and turned his head slightly from side to side, sifting through the smell and ignoring the one he knew was from the sphere he had already found.He moved forward a bit more, ears twitching slightly as he tried picked some of the smells out that he knew.Grass, some flowers, Orpheus, mom..As he caught another scent, like the first sphere's he started forward again, rubbing his hands on his shorts.
Arith glanced back at the teacher and his mom, then back ahead of him."Hmm, sphere..sphere.."He continued sniffing the air, moving torwards trees and bushes a bit to see if any scents were hidiing in the scent of the plants.

The flowers in front of him were simple, lightly scented daisies, the scent coming from them though wasn't the scent of daises, in fact it was the scent of lavender. Most definately not belonging in the area that it was coming from. If one were to look closely a sphere that was the color of the plants around it was sitting among the flower stems.

Arith's nose twitched at the strange scent mixed with the smell of daisies.He wasn't sure what the different smell was, but it didn't seem to go with the flowers infront of him, and it was a bit stronger than the scent of the little, white flowers infront of him.He glanced at the teacher over his shoulder before shuffling forward, turning his head slightly from side to side as he sniffed, trying to find exactly where the strange scent was coming from.After a few moment he crouched down near the place he believed it to be coming from and poked about between the flowers, tail wagging madly as his fingers touched the smooth surface of another orb.
He scooped up the rob and stood, grinning widely as he turned and hurried back torwards Orpheus."I found another!"He set it next to the first one and then hurried abck to where he had found it, again wiping his hands off on his pants.He started to move forward again, closer to the water, and sniffed the air every few steps.

"Your doing really good!" Orpheus called to Arith as he headed off after dropping off the second sphere.
Sitting in the water was another of the sphere, this one matched well with the color of the water because it was reflecting that which was around it. The scent of the water was that of fresh water, devoid of any chemicals that could be of harm to the children. There was something else to the smell though, that coming from the sphere instead had the scent of the ocean to it. Most definately not something the surrounding scenery.
