So I started summer school PE just to get the credit out of the way, but I also had this high hope of maybe shedding some pounds from all the excersize I'd be doing, it's from 8Am-1PM, five hours a day. Since I live in Az and it's like 110F (43C) out these days it's really tough to do this stuff in the heat, especially when you're a person my size. (I've been sweating a lot too! Shouldn't that remove some of the excess water in my body!? But then again I put it right back in after I run. ^^; ) *chugs water bottle*
Well anyways, I've been doing all kinds of aerobic activities to make me sweaty and sore all over. I was super achy last week, but now I'm ok, it seems once you get used to it it isn't a bother anymore. But what makes me upset is that I haven't lost a pound from all this excersizing. Maybe I'm just anxious to lose some weight or something, and it's only been five whole days of PE, 25 hours worth of excersize, but still, shouldn't I have lost at least 1 pound or something by now!? T__T
Perhaps it's my diet. Although I haven't been eating very much, my food intake is normal: half a bowl of cereal for breakfast, granola bar during the PE break, sandwich for lunch (or one of those diet TV dinners), and soup or whatever my step-dad makes for dinner. I'm not gaining weight, but I'm not losing it either, I'm stuck at 185-187 lbs. (Been that way for a while now)
Should I just be more patient or am I doing something wrong? (I plan to keep up the excersizing after my semester is over and also to start dieting.) *sigh* I don't want to be skinny, but I don't want to be overweight anymore either, I just want to be at a happy, healthy weight!

Five days?
Hon. Give it like 3 weeks. If you don't notice anything by then, you should see a doctor.

Aww...5 days isn't anything. Besides...you could be turning fat into muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. 3nodding

Just keep on drinking your water and try your best to be patient...you'll eventually notice your clothing getting looser and your face getting slimmer...don't give up, whatever you do heart
