It's pretty useless.. The Vial was for the Halloween event of 04.. It was made for users that were morphed to zombies from the halloween game. So they could become human again.

xD I have two rows. My friends know that I adore them and will randomly give them to me or let me pay only 100-150 monies for them. ;-; It always excites me whenever I see a vial in the trade.
