Today most, if not all, EBgames and Gamestops will be holding an afterhours party for Gears of War at 9:00PM. The store will feature a never before seen video(and rumor has it a Playable demo), and giving away first come first serve swag. Shirts, Gamertag ID cards, and Dog tags are among the freebies. A 5 dollar discount on all XBL subscriptions will be available.
I plan to attend later today.
Feel free to post any experiences, pictures, or comments.

The afterhours event at my local gamestop was postponed... and I believe they're going to ask for ID, something I lack.

I brought in my laptop earlier today during work and ripped the video. cool
Oh. Bow chica bow wow. *dances*
lol, too bad the video isn't exactly awesome quality. (Even on the DVD. I have no idea how they recorded it, but they recorded poorly.)
However, it shows the gameplay, and it's awesome.
Should I upload it to Google or what? rofl

Well, I'd have to upload it to Rapidshare instead. File format would be better, si?
Also, my bosses wouldn't be able to search Google for it/my videos and I wouldn't get in trouble. eek
(I was barely allowed to rip it as it was. >.>)

halo_master You had to be 17, or have a parent. I'm 18, and it still wouldn't matter. Some places don't allow with a parent, or without ID. I was going to ask their policy on the event, but i didn't see a point as it was postponed. Ya know, the video's on Youtube.
