DO NOT POST HERE UNLESS YOU ARE SPECIFICALLY INVITED TO BY SAYURI! Violators will be reported to a moderator. Background: The daughter of the alchemist Textor and his lady wife Tela, Aranea has inherited her father's love of experimentation. As by today's standards he would be considered a mad scientist...who knows what lies in store for Aranea? Her skills in potion making have developed with her aging into her teenage self, and even further now that she's an adult. Personality: Bright, inquisitive, and darkly interested in the reactions of beings to experiments, Aranea is a beautiful but forboding child. She tends to think more scientifically than magically, but also has a wealth of scientific creativity. As she has grown, she has developed a swift and creative mind that always looks at things a dozen different ways at a time, much like a spider with it's multifaceted eyes. Now as an adult, she's developed a desire to taunt and torture, much like the black widow spider who's mark rests on her abdomen. She invites with pleasure and causes pain.

Personality: Aranea is a cold and cruel woman. She has a tendency to only warm up to a person if they are interested in something she likes, or if they bring her something pretty. Intelligent and resourceful, she knows she has a job to do to help the Majestrix against the Sun Court, and she enjoys working on her alchemy. She has managed to capture a member of the Sun Court once, and longs to do so again. Nowadays she is most likely to be found in the company of her love, Feles, and is trying for children.

Aranea's room was restored: her furniture is solid old oak and only needed to be waxed. She has a bed, two bedside tables; an armoire, a wardrobe, bookshelf, two high backed chairs and a writing desk.

 Sayuri is Aranea's Kithain, which means she shares a bloodline bond with the Fey. She enjoyed looking after Aranea as a child, but as she grew their relationship has faded and now she only visits when Aranea needs something from outside Tir Nan Og. Sayuri is often drugged by Aranea and remembers little of their meetings.

Feles is the one and only Fey that has ever seen Aranea at her weakest or worst. He charmed her when he was a little child, and gradually became the only light in her heart. They are currently lovers, and she has born him two children; Polylepsis and Cygnus.
Aranea has an uneasy relationship with their ruler. At times respectful and servile to Nox, Aranea also has a feeling that their Majestrix's uncertain temper and moods serves her no good.
Lupinus is a mystery to Aranea. She likes him to a certain degree, and finds him attractive in a muscular way, but would never jeopardise her relationship with Feles by doing anything with him. Not that it would be easy, as Lupinus seems to have eyes for nothing but hunting!
Aranea has no idea how Mephiti was charged to be their healer; she is too flighty and not old enough to hold such a position within their Court. She was nervous and jumpy in Aranea's presence.
Procyon made a fair impression on Aranea. She found her to be a bright individual, if not a little too cheery for a member of the Moon Court.
Aranea has met Pteryx just the once, when the bat Fey was a child. She found her too talkative.Sun Court:
Muris was captured when she and Alces came to the Castellum to rescue the Kithain child. Aranea drugged Muris, and she only escaped a slow death due to Feles being captured by Laniger.Sleepers:Aranea helped the awakened Oracle, bringing her to health as she was meant to be a powerful ally to the Moon Court. Unfortunately Spina was as treatorous as she was vicious and was last seen in the company of Laniger, a Fey of unknown alliances. Aranea now wishes she had been unable to help the Oracle and that she would have died.
