I went to Dublin once. We had fireworks thrown at us; with shouts of "English scum!" because of the potato famine, which we had no part in.
Bitter much?

i'm jealous of my sister because she took a vacation this past february and went over there.

lol, I am also 50% Irish and 50% German ^_^ I've never been there, but Green happens to be my favorite colour, so, I am going to go there once I can afford it.
I might also take my very special friend there with me, since her obsession with Green even stems into her last name, Greene.

I'm a little bit Irish, but mostly Welsh/English. I've never been to Ireland or Wales, though, which is rather embarrassing. I'm a British citizen who was raised overseas. I'm finally living in Britain now, and I'll visit these places as soon as I have the chance.

Small kine Irish on my mom's dad's side, but it definitely shows in me, haha. (Not as much as the Portuguese, Scandinavian or Hebrew, but still)
I'd totally visit there, as well.
