An Online Harvest Moon Game? This comes to us from a webpage called Harvest Moon Evolution. Many have argued over whether or not this is even apart of the series, and no news accompanies these pictures. Still, they are nice to look at, and they do make one drool at the thought of their actually being credible. ^_^ Enjoy!  The girl farmer in these looks like Ann. xd

Kalaacko Blackmager There's just one thing I noticed, what the HELL is on the right part of this picture? O____O; it looks like a grabage can with a face o.O. wow thats a little creepy...... *waves to garbage can with face* ^^ i just noticed something else, what i think is a cow, on the left where the little pink question bubble is.... it looks like its wearing clothes o.O. It almost resembles a chicken suit. o.O

I think may have busted a rumor. For added dramatic power, listen to this music while you read this. You see, thanks to Sakura, I've learned of a new game. Innocent Life: New Harvest Moon. I was looking at the graphics and such, and the game looks suspiciously like our Harvest Moon Online rumor's pictures! This could completely shatter the rumor. I want some extra help with this, go to the Upcoming Titles subforum and the Innocent Life thread and click the link to images that I supplied. I want to see if anyone else notices the similarity.

Actually, now that I can look at them directly side-to-side, I'm seeing the differences a little more sharply. (A while ago, my internet wouldn't load the HM: O piccies.) The schemes seem similar still though, but I'm gonna resume searching.

I'm thinking maybe the HMOnline game was the test that was maybe later perfected into IL:NHM. Our little garbage can friend in the corner of one of the screens kind of supports that this game was possibly in development when these screens were taken.
Maybe the game didn't have a main character yet, but they had a game engine, so they made the girl farmer (who looks suspiciously like Ann) in order to have a player character to run around with.
The key to this entire mystery is how old these "HMOnline" pictures are. If they're fairly recent, this supposition may very well be plausible. If they're a couple years old, they may be a test for another game, maybe BtN, which it somewhat resembles as well, or maybe an unmade PS2 game, or something. confused

Here's some interesting news: I found this in some of the back updates on Ushi no Tane. Check this out: Cher of Ushi no Tane Harvest Moon Online | Posted at 18:50 on 17 May 2005 According to the Nintendo E3 web site (link submitted by CareyKid), Marvelous Interactive is onboard to develop a Harvest Moon game that uses the Nintendo DS' online abilities. The game does not have an official title yet, but it is definately in the works What one could do with a HM online game... - Cher Hmm....I could see those graphics done on DS. 3nodding No clue if this article correlates with the pics, though. sweatdrop
