Welcome to the Oreo Arena
Before challenging anybody to a fight here read these rules:
1. Same rolling as stated by the guild; one 100 sided die.
2. Each fighter starts with 200 points of health.
3. One player rolls, then the second player rolls. Whoever has the higher roll gets to attack.
4. The difference between the two numbers is the amount of damage done to the defending player.
5. The attacking player makes a post describing the attack, then the defending player subtracts the damage from his/her total health in their next post.
This ends one round
6. The attacker of the last round makes the first roll for the next one.
7. The process repeats until one character is out of health, or forfeits.
Shields Twice per fight players may use a shield. Using a shield means that if you end up as the defending player that round you can prevent half of the damage done to you. However, if you roll the higher number, you do no damage that round. To use a shield simply type, "Shield", followed by the number of shield you are using (Shield 1, Shield 2) when rolling to see who is the attacker.
Notes on Shields: - If the damage is uneven after dividing it in half, round down.
- If you're really desperate to avoid damage, then use both shields at once to prevent all damage for one round. Type, "Double Shield", to do so, but remember that you'll have no shields left afterwards.
- If you opt to use a shield, then you can NOT take it back after you roll. Same goes for if you don't use a shield. You can't edit your post to use a shield if you don't like the number you rolled. Your decision is final as soon as you post, and your number is rolled.
- Use your shields wisely. If your opponent has to roll first, and he/she has a high number, then you should probably use a shield instead of taking a chance at getting a higher number. A properly used shield can save your a**.
