Ok so.
I'm trying to sell my last doll, because I'm 'upgrading' him. (Aka, I'm selling the doll I have now, and buying one twice the size.)
So I make my little sale thread thing on my doll forum, yay.
I include plenty of clear photos, and information including what type of payment I take, and all that fun jazz.
What happens?
I get a few PMs. Yay.
Except not.
Two of them are asking for lawaway, and only want to give me maybe $50 down. neutral (For the people that don't know, these dolls are EXPENSIVE. I'm selling this one for $290 which is well under what I personally spent to buy him.) when in my thread I wrote, I do not take ******** lawaway.
Then, I get someone else asking to meet me in person, and pay with cash or MO. I also stated I ONLY TAKE PAYPAL. Because, my bank is in ******** KS, and only KS. Therefore anything involving cash, MOs, or checks I have to mail to KS to deposit. Aka, a pain in my a**.
And this wonder job also asks if eyes are included. In my thread I have it written that his eyes AREN'T INCLUDED. AT ALL.

i had one guy email me every day asking if it was the right price
i finally got fed up and emailed him saying now its the wrong price
i did it as a joke
he said he'd wait for the real price to be put up

In one of my PMs I had someone go "are you really selling this doll?"
And I almost replied with "No, my sale thread was a complete and utter thing of your imagination, please move on."
But on that forum I have to sugarcoat things or I get in trouble ):
Bigmouth - Yeah, I've sadly realized that now. I would've totally told the chick that asked about the MO that she was a flaming retard but she lives in my area. So it'd be kind of awkward if I went to a meetup and she was there.

My dad does something involving invoices that I don't understand for FedEx; he says it's insane how much more people will pay for you to bring it to them.

While this hobby hasa lot of dumbasses, it also has people intelligent enough to notice scamming and what not ):
Someone bought a pair of boots from me, and I let them put $15 down (the boots were $40.) And I actually think they expected me to ship the boots before theypaid the rest of the amount

I think I'm just amazed because my first two dolls I sold, were easy as ********. No problems at ALL. I got buyers for both of them within the first day and had them both shipped out to their new owners within two weeks.
But trying to sell this one?
