Somehow the list of names in the Underground has reached the hands of the Union. Quietly the PSO's are picking off each super, the members of the underground slowly dissapearing. The apartments are no longer safe, and neither are the streets. The only known safe house is the night club.

Eulalia Danae The only known safe house is the night club. Not necissarally...James is a PSO member, and he's shot that up already.

J_e_z Wait...so how did the shooting erupt in the mansion? Aaron's nanny walked up the the comedian and shot him twice in the head, then killed herself. The cops found a note on the nanny that implicates Clair, identifying her as Ruby. Bobby took exception to this - loudly - calling the head cop a liar and claiming that Ruby was dead - killed by one of the other cops there (this guy's been boasting about it) until the guy took a swing at him - which missed - at which point the cop started shooting.

Also, for the deeper implications, the cops and high-up officials already knew that Clair was Ruby, and planned the entire assasination attempt. One must wonder, if it was planned, why they killed the comedian. Also, McKinnley, the more twisted and sick of the council members has the powers of a Super somehow, and showed them by destroying a bookcase in the mansion by touching it.

wow just read this... I must have really messed up that plot to implicate, due to the card on the now dead comedian... plus nullifing the usefulness of any of the security tapes as some show things and conspiracy theorist would flip over... like the saskquatch in the courner on a fuzzy shot... ((saskquatchs allways show up fuzzy...)) and other things that basically makes the security look like none can be trusted, even if there was a seperate system with a "true" recording, it would show more unknowns then not...
Man, talk about a ripple effect.

True, but any evidence would be laughed out of court by any reasonable defence laywer, come on... would a tape showink sasquatch unt da kreature from da black lagoon be admissable, da? ...that is... if there was any real trial held...
