Happy Birthday to You Happy Birthday to You, the four-line ditty was written as a classroom greeting in 1893 by two Louisville teachers, Mildred J. Hill, an authority on Negro spirituals, and Dr. Patty Smith Hill, professor emeritus of education at Columbia University. The melody of the song Happy Birthday to You was composed by Mildred J. Hill, a schoolteacher born in Louisville, KY, on June 27, 1859. The song was first published in 1893, with the lyrics written by her sister, Patty Smith Hill, as "Good Morning To All."

Well my weekend down in London was FAB!!!
I saw Wicked - with Idina Menzel - and Avenue Q!!!!!!!!! On the same day!! biggrin I did SO mny things that I on't want to bore you all with the little details, but the two shows were DEF the highlight of the weekend!! biggrin

So Jaz - you wouldn't be too impressed if I told you that in the version of Avenue Q I saw there was a never before seen song, which isn't available on the Soundtack or in the shops?
Just on a limited edition CD that was sold with the commemorative program?
