Gliding effotlessly on the wind, Myoa was doing her favorite pastime. Flying throught he clouds, or "cloud dancing" as she secretly called it. She giggled as drops of water vapor clung to her coat. Ahhh, so refreshing! It was a perfect day for flying. The air was cool and crisp, and the winds smooth and firm.
Letting out a neigh of joy, the Winged Peridot streaked across the sky. Going at a medium speed, Myoa watched the world swirl below her. The wind sang in the ears, laughing, she wondered, Can this get any better?

Tendrils of wind brushed against the undersides of Death's large snow white wings. She was flying through a cloud, simply appearing as a shadow with darker edges around her mane and tail and hooves. Soft grey eyes twinkled in laughter as she rolled and kicked at the clouds with her hooves, forming them into a large fluffy white bunny in the hopes that some little child or foal would see it and smile.
Whinnyiing in happiness, the tranquil female twisted back to float in the cloudy air easily, her hooves kicking at the air around her as she pivoted and rolled. It was so easy to fly up here, so easy to forget all the troubles from down below in the gusty upper draft of the world. If Death cold fly forever she would, never to land again so that she could simply gaze at the crystalline drops of the clouds and dance with the birds in their acrobatic notions.
This was the inner turmoil of every Wind Soquili though, to do what they were made to do and to love what they couldn't help but love. ninja

Just as she was in the middle of a loop-de-loop, Myoa heard a whinny. It was a sound of pure joy. She reconigzed it immediantly. It was a wind's freedom doing what they were meant to do, and what they loved.
Quick eyes scanned the clouds above her. There! Myoa saw the flash of another Soquili. She had the mare in sight now. She was white, with the exception of her mane and tail. Quite beautiful, actually. "Hello!" Myoa called out in a neigh.

Turning her head, Death let a larger smile sweep over her ghostly muzzle and she flapped her large wings towards the other mare. It was loads of fun meeting others, not just because of the fun she had with them or that they were all different, but because they all had different personalities that Death loved to meet.
"Hello my cousin!" Came Death's ghostly reply as she floated near the other somewhat larger soquili mare. "It's nice to meet you on such a fine day, are you shaping clouds too?"
The gentle smile on the ghostly mare's muzzle was jovial, just enough so that this other wouldn' be put off by peppy. Death didn't do peppy. ninja

Myoa smiled in return. "Good day cousin! How are you this wonderful day?" It was such fun meeting others! Especially fellow winds, Myoa had only met one other wind, her "sister-kin," Shimshek. "Yes the may the clouds grace our wings." She answered.
Quietly, she sang a song of appreciation for the skies. Without the wind beneath her wings, Myoa knew she wouldn't be who she was.

Listening to the song, Death smiled and started singing herself. She loved to listen to others, loved to listen to the wind and the rain ad the lightning. The sound of the wind element was so much prettier than anything, though this other seemed to have a rather beautiful voice herself.
"I'm fantastic, just wishing that I could float up here above the earth forever you know?" Death said happily as she floated around in the air with ease. "My name's Death, it's a pleasure to meet you." ninja

She smiled. "Isn't the wind beautiful?" Myoa wished that the whole world could appreciate the skies, and not look at it as the blue stuff aboce their heads. The skies and her winds were a whole other world, one with many mysteries to be solved.
"Very nice to meet you, Death, I'm Myoa." She hovered gently, laughing as the wind tickled her underside. "I know how you feel, but I do like to come down and share with my mate." She admitted.

"The wind is the most beautiful thing that exists cousin." Death said wih a wink as she floated above the other. "Myoa, that's a very pretty name, what's it mean?"
Her gentle smile spread when she heard the other had a mate and she nodded. "I may not have a mate, but I do have a little girl down there that I care about very much." Laughter lit up the air as she thought of Banhi. ninja

Myoa smiled, nodding her head in agreement. "Thank you, I am not sure what Myoa means in sense of another language, however, when you hear the name Myoa, you hear the name of a friend." She answered, her eyes dancing in delight. "
"Death is a mystery in itself. It's ironic, but it fits you beautifully." She nodded solemnly and truthfully, still smiling.
Her smiled broke into a grin. "A little girl? Oh, congratulations." She giggled, wondering what it would be like to have a daughter, even an adopted daughter.

"Death is a paradox. If one is alive they're truly alive if one is dead then they aren't truly dead they're being born anew." Death laughed because that made no sense even to her. "I like Myoa though, would you like to be friends cousin?"
The gentle grey eyes smiled shimmered in the faint sunlight. "She's a little indian, I'd love a daughter of my own but sadly I have no mate. You'll have one long before I do." an eye winked at Myoa as Death spread her wings again and rolled. ninja

"I like that. It makes sense in it's confusing web." Her eyes twinkling again, she answered, "You were aready my friend." She laughed, circling easily. The wind swirlled around her, ruffling her mane, tail and feathers.
Myoa blushed crimson, then recovered and smiled. "Love finds the one who waits. One who searches shall only find falsehood."

"Webs of spiders lead to liers." Death said in the cryptic way she'd once been told by her mother. The female Soquili bumped her head against the other's neck and giggled softly. "Thank you, it's nice to have a friend in the wind too."
Noticing her friend's deep blush, Death giggled and nodded her head. "I know, sometimes I wish I wold have someone to curl up with at night, but thw soul that's meant to be with mine shall eventually meet mine. Though I can't wait I know I can be patient." ninja

Myoa smiled, nodding. "There are too few of us..." Her voiced trailed off, expressing her longing of wanting to share the skies. "That's a very unique quote." She commented. "I can only imagine it's wise owner."
Giggling and smiling, she nodded. "A long lost lover is millions of times better than a sudden flirt. I was very lucky to meet my mate. He's my friend before my lover."

"My mother said it to me many years ago." Death said with a smile, "Though I must admit I do wish that there were more of us in the skies as well. But the ground and those that live there are just as good too."
"It's best to have friends too, they'll stand by you when lovers leave from quarrles." Death said wisely. ninja

She smiled. "Your mother is very wise." Myoa watched the spinning world before her. Stubbornly and boldly, she said, "I wouldn't change my wingless friends for the world, or any of my friends, for that matter."
Laughing, she nodded. "Those words are very true, some of the truest I have ever heard."
