ANBU
A typical mask that an ANBU will wear while on duty.The ANBU (暗部, The ANBU? literally "Dark Side", Viz "Black Ops") is actually short for Ansatsu Senjutsu Tokushu Butai (暗殺戦術特殊部隊, Ansatsu Senjutsu Tokushu Butai? literally Assassination Tactics Special Force). The name is a play on words, as in English acronyms like SWAT, where the two kanji used to abbreviate the group's full name constitute an actual word on their own. The ANBU wear animal masks, in order to distinguish themselves from normal shinobi or to conceal their identities. The masks are based around the signs of the zodiac.
ANBU protect the village from exceptional threats, conduct high-risk missions into enemy countries, and deal with extremely strong (S-Rank) ninja. They are also responsible for carrying out assassinations and missions requiring specially trained ninja. Unique for most characters in Naruto, all ANBU carry katanas (swords). The ANBU is an organization that serves under the direct command of their Kage. Kakashi Hatake was a former captain and Itachi Uchiha became an ANBU captain at age 13. Ibiki Morino, the proctor of the first Chunin exam, is the head of the Konoha ANBU Torture and Interrogation Force (木ノ葉暗部拷問・尋問部隊, Konoha Anbu Gōmon/Jinmon Butai?). Zabuza Momochi was once part of Kirigakure's ANBU.
Like ordinary shinobi, ANBU members operate in squads of four; three ANBU members and a squad captain (analogous to the three Genin and one Jonin squad for a ninja team). ANBU are chosen at the Chunin rank and progress their way up to ANBU captain. Captains are typically ninja at Jonin or Tokubetsu Jonin-level in assassination and advanced tactics.

I'll make it easier. You can either have an animal style mask or a human style mask. They are usually mainly white with some red decoration. ninja

it sounds good but,will the other ANBU members like it if they have to wear the kitsune masks(or carry katanas)

As good as that sounds, getting every 185ish and everyone who joins this guild Kitsune masks would be impossible. They cost 450k right now...I think... and that price will keep going up as the months go by... So, sorry that just won't happen. sweatdrop

Yes, if Kow and I were rich, snobby white boys, then we would give you all a kitsune mask. However, we are only two of the four required descriptions (white and boys) so no mask for you!
