This a LV Dragon Deck that I made a while ago and just recently changed around a bit to play in a theme deck tournament. It still needs a few pushes in the right direction to get it going though.

Monsters: 21

Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8
Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 x2
Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV4 x2
Armed Dragon LV7
Armed Dragon LV5 x2
Armed Dragon LV3 x2
Spear Dragon
Luster Dragon x2
Mirage Dragon
Masked Dragon x2
Marauding Captain x2
Lord of D. x2
Exiled Forced

Spells: 14
Level Up x2
Level Modulation
Flute of Summoning Dragon x2
Graceful Charity
Heavy Storm
Giant Trunade
Mystical Space Typhoon
Lightning Vortex
Smashing Ground
Premature Burial
Nobleman of Crossout
Swords of Revealing Light

Traps: 7
Royal Decree
Trap Jammer
Magic Cylinder
Ring of Destruction
Sakuretsu Armor
Mirror Wall
Call of the Haunted

Any constructive criticism is welcomed.

It's great, but if you want it might be helpful to add one or two Spirit Ryu's.

Get rid of your Maurading Captains and your Exilled Force. sweatdrop
They aren't "Dragon Lv" theme. neutral

Obviously you need a Brain Controler, this replaces the outlawed Snatch Steal, so ditch a Flute of Summoning Dragon for it.

Also, a "King Dragun" comes in handy for ALL dragon decks, kicks a**.
So replace the two Maurading Captains and Exilled Force you throw out for two "Divine Dragon Ragnarok" and a "Polymerization", but if you favor you could just use metamorphasis instead of any Lord of D, Divine Dragon Ragnork and Polymerization, it works much better. But if you do that, you can't have any flutes, so ditch them all in that case. You ditched one already, so it shouldn't hurt.
Even then you get Blue Eyes Ultimate in your Fusion in that case.

Where are your ENEMY CONTROLLERS??! You need two per deck, it's a stapple card, every deck should have two.

I suggest TWO Sakuretsu Armors, remember the basic rule of attacking

destroy monster > damage

Ditch the trap jammer for another Sakuretsu.
Also get rid of your Giant Trunade for another Smashing Ground.
This is because Trunade is only for ending a game, if you have it anytime before this it screws your hand for the whoel duel, Smashign Ground is a joyous anytime situation card! Especially since you control Horus, this theme is common, used a lot, and therefore kicks serious arse! domokun

And if you're low on monsters, an Armed Dragon Lv10 never stopped you from winning-- EVER. It kicks serious a** once it's out.
And with the new King Dragun you should have, it shouldn't be hard getting it out in a few turns.

There ARE quite a few corrections, I'm sorry if I didn't read the other corrections. sweatdrop Not. domokun heart

If you're STILL short monsters after taking out some things, let me know and I'll see if I can't find something else! wink

All in all you did your theme almost flawlessly.
The only thing I'm begginning to dislike about TCGs is the fact "whoever has the most money wins"... gonk
They should stop making packs, but keep updating the game and keep it popular so the money law can't become documented or something. pirate

First, Dragun is very useful, but there's a better way to get him out than Polymerization or Metamorphasis. Use the Dark Hex Sealed Fusion. Drop the Maurading Captains for two of those. Keep the Lords and the Flutes.

Second, not every deck needs Enemy Controller. The decks that can most take advantage of it are decks running cards like Treeborn Frog, Scapegoat, Sangan, and any other monster that gets its ability as soon as it goes to the graveyard (battle or otherwise). Enemy Controller is a good defensive card, but Sakuretsu Armor and Bottomless Trap Hole should be sufficient to take care of anything your opponent throws out.

Also, Kotoren, it may be a good idea to either focus on the Armed Dragons or Horus because together they don't go too well. Here's the deck I'd build if I were to play Horus:

Monsters: 21

Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8
Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 x2
Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV4 x2
Spear Dragon x2
Mirage Dragon
Masked Dragon x2
Lord of D. x2
Exiled Force
Spirit Reaper
Magician of Faith
Breaker the Magical Warrior
Sangan
Dark Hex Sealed Fusion x2
Hydrogeddon x3

Spells: 14
Level Up x2
Flute of Summoning Dragon
Graceful Charity
Heavy Storm
Scapegoat
Smashing Ground x2
Premature Burial
Nobleman of Crossout
Swords of Revealing Light
Enemy Controller
Book of Moon

Traps: 7
Bottomless Trap Hole x2
Mirror Force
Ring of Destruction
Sakuretsu Armor x2
Call of the Haunted

Fusion Deck:
King Dragun
Anything else (because really, there's nothing better than stealing an opponent's Stein)

That's just a Horus deck however, I'm not entirely sure how I'd run an Armed Dragon deck... But yeah, you get the idea.

Yeah. I might consider ditching the Captains and maybe try to work for another Horus L 6 and another LV8, but instead of the Hex Sealed or even bothering with Divine Dragon, which bites in all scenarios by the way, I'll work with King of the Swamp which I have more of. He'll replace any of the fusion materials I need or he can become a polymer in his own right. Besides, I can ditch him for a polymerization and then hit him with a Dragon's Mirror.

I don't HAVE any enemy controllers because I was never lucky enough to pull one, and i don't have anything anyone wants in a trade, but i manage without them just fine. If I get another Royal Decree, it will replace the Trap Jammer.

I use my Mirror Wall for my Horus LV4. It makes my Horus able to LV up on my opponent's turn if used correctly, seeing as my opponent will lose a monster by his own ATK, but I figure I can work around taking it out.
