I'm trying my best not to be mean toward this show for it is one of the rules to be nice so i'll say this the best way i can: Is it just me, or is this a very poor anime that acutally shouldn't be on tv? If you've seen it that is. If you haven't, don't. Please tell me better ideas for animes will be created. Discuss: Other shows like this so that we may avoid them at all costs.

Kappa Mikey isn't anime.
It's considered an anime paraody which shouldn't be taken that seriously cuz its just for fun & laughs ^^;
They weren't trying to make it an anime show but to sorta give us an idea what they were trying to do.I mean,if they were to make an anime parody,they have to at least make some of it LOOK anime for us to get the whole show >.>
I find the show pretty funny though xD

the actual animation is horribal..andin a slight way there moking anime..but..the show is surprising realy funny..i enjoy it...although they definetly could make it look neater....but it realy is funnny

Kappa Mikey's not an anime, and not much of an effective parody either. Still, I find it pretty funny, and I kind of like the fact that the main character looks so different from the rest of them just because he's American.

I thought it was Anime, but also had my doubts.
Just like I thought 'Teen Titans' was anime, but been told otherwise.
I enjoy the show--makes me giggle.
The artness of some of the characters will grow in time, but they're still cute in my books. :3

They weren't trying to make it an anime show but to sorta give us an idea what they were trying to do.I mean,if they were to make an anime parody,they have to at least make some of it LOOK anime for us to get the whole show >.>

Actually it was an attempt at anime (I was at an anime convention and they were discussing the idea before it came out, supposodelly it was like America's attempt at anime or something pathetic like that, they even had a fancy name for it, but I forgot what it was) and it is the most insulting and pathetic show I have ever seen.

I mean I'm not dissing American anime, I'm American and I want to be a mangaka, but come on this is just sad... besides Avitar is American anime, and Code Lyoko is French anime, I've never watched either of these shows, and I don't like the art in Code Lyoko (and it looks ... weird) but I have friends who have watched them and from what they've said they sound a heck of alot better than Capa Mikey.

Of course I hate 4kids in general... (yes THEY honestly had something to do with Capa Mikey, it was THEIR design) 4kids is the absalute worlds worst anime dubbing company, they are selfish, greedy, and care about absalutely NOTHING except for money, in fact I've met people from for kids, and they were just as annoying as I though. (except for the voice actors, I hold nothing against them, and most of them are REALLY REALLY nice, and awesome people! In fact alot of them hate the things that 4kids are doing just as much as the fans do!!! ^_^)
