Chloe and Lantis landed on the outskirts of Sunnyshore, landing along the beaches that lined the northern borders of the city. The dragon trainer was careful to avoid attention, not wanting to have to explain why a Hoenn legendary dragon was in the region. Lantis seemed to have similar ideas, shifting the light around himself to appear human once again. While he couldn't communicate verbally in this form, it was a lot less conspicuous than his normal looks.
Chloe glanced around, not realizing where she was to begin with. She had never been in Sunnyshore. The solar panel walkways certainly were a sight to behold.
"Interesting..." Chloe murmured, making her way down the beach. Lantis walked alongside her, taking in the sights as well. He had rarely ever ventured out of his home region before meeting up with Chloe, so Sunnyshore was a new experience for him as well.

Chloe spotted the message from Bray on her 'Gear, reading it carefully.
"Hm... guess its starting, huh?" Chloe murmured. Lantis looked over her shoulder at the message, before looking to Chloe pointedly. He didn't need the ability to speak to put his point across.
"Haha, you're going to guilt me into going, huh?" Chloe laughed. The legendary dragon merely smiled faintly, before dropping the illusion of a human, reverting back to his normal form.
Chloe didn't need much more coaxing than that. Lantis allowed her onto his back, and the two took off. Looked like sightseeing would have to be put off for another time. There was a world to save, after all.
Lantis took off, skimming the surface of the ocean, kicking up a spray in his wake as the jet-speed dragon sped towards Kanto. Adding in the energy he received from the winged talisman Chloe had in her possession, the Latios flashed with energy, pulsing a warm light, before teleporting, transporting himself and Chloe to the outskirts of Fuchsia.
