I welcome the moon like a soothing voice. Hello, Moon. My quiet friend. I love to walk in your light, lavishing in the glow you leave behind. I am your slave and lover immortal. I long for you as I wallk in the burning fire of the sun. I miss you in the dark of the night, after we had a long fight and you hide from me. Oh, dearest love, I am your slave. To walk in the twinkling starlight of the stars and not notice them. Only you. You are the star of the show when the sun finlly decides to sleep. I can not escape the curse given to me at birth, nor do I want to. I am your slave, your love immortal.
Please tell me what you think of my poem. smile
