Yesh. So. Post your favorite technique(s), and explain them.

Ex::
Mine is Palm strike, which is basically striking...with...your..palm...Dx
And Spear hand, which is thrusting your hand out, using your three front fingers to attack the other person.

I love realy devastaing things bone breaks and stuff along those lines I train more for combat reasons thats what I like so I try to learn how to realy mess people up.

The shovel kick or stomping kick is one I use a lot. When someone steps forward and throws a punch I use a double Lap Sau and pull them across as I stomp down into their knee breaking the leg it can also be used scraping down the shin wont break the leg unless you hit it hard it's more for just hurting someone.

A normal dummy has a leg representing someone in a front stance my dummy has no leg so about where my foot is would be the knee or just above it.

After the leg I some times use an arm break on this pic I would circle my right hand around the arm so that the back of my had and my arm would be holding the arm in place mY left had pushing on the elbow breaking it at the joint just like with the knee. Doing both would criple the whole side of the attackers body no right arm or leg.

On this video vid 002.flv after the palm strike I use the arm break.

Also in the vid before the arm break Po Pai Cheung Double Palm strike is one move I like we normaly do a duble arm block like Kwan Sau or Bong Sau before coming in with both palms or whatever aimed at the face and lower flowting ribs.

I like this move it's a simple palm strike but it can cause real problems for someone maybe death. If a punch comes in I force it down and step in to the attacker from the outside of his body and over the top of his arm strike down at an angle just bellow the belly button twords the persons butt. This can rip the bladder this also happen during car crashes the seat belt can tear open the bladder it's the same with this technique it works better if the bladder is full.

I would have to say an inverted hammerfist. Its like having your elbow pointing up and your fist inverted (thus the name.) Also the ye olde front kick is a beauty.

Defending the Single Leg to a Flying triangle
Opponent shoots an inside single, defend with the whizzer, pull the arm opposite of your whizzer down with your opposite hand (right to left, left to right) enough to throw your leg over it. Immediately lock your legs and finish the triangle.

That sounds amazingly difficult. Is it effective though?

never ever try a flying attack in a street fight, in a grappling or mma match though, it just takes practice
