Korriban

This remote planet was the seat of the ancient Sith race. Korriban was the sole planet in the Horuset System, located across the galaxy from Cinnagar and Koros Minor. It was orbited by seven moons, and was unknown to the Old Republic before the rise of Naga Sadow. It was to Korriban that the ancient Dark Jedi fled, after they were exiled by the Jedi Knights. Korriban was a desolate world which, under the pall of Sith magic, became more hellish and dangerous.
The native life there was twisted by the Dark Side, and the ghosts of Sith Dark Lords buried in the Valley of the Dark Lords roamed everywhere. The Sith Lords erected huge palaces and burial complexes, which honored not only the dead Lords but the current magicians as well. These ancient Sith enslaved the local population and put them to work building a huge monastery and excavating the Valley of the Dark Lords, then killed the planet's inhabitants once the jobs were done.
Exar Kun was led here by Freedon Nadd's spirit, in an effort to recover certain Sith manuscripts. In the wake of the Great Sith War, the planet was virtually abandoned, although a few settlers managed to eke out a meager living. Those Jedi Knights who remembered Korriban, either through research or direct experience, referred to the planet as the 'cradle of darkness.' After the Battle of Naboo, the Commerce Guild established a base of operations on Korriban, ostensibly to attract corporations to a tax-free environment. The true nature of the Guild's presence was the accumulation of a droid army, in anticipation of supporting the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Years later, Emperor Palpatine often visited Korriban, to help him center himself in the Dark Side of the Force.
Now, the planet is almost deserted. The Dark Jedi have left since the fall of the Imperials. However, a new temple has mysteriously spawned on the planet. Only a single man has ever been seen going into the temple, escorted by two Royal Guards. Inside the temple, several floors down is an armoured door, guarded by two Imperial Guards. No one is allowed access through this door. Next to the temple is a lone Imperial Shuttle. It is assumed that this man is the creator of the new, small temple. Rankings Explained The Dark Lord: One of the two Sith in the Galaxy. This is the most powerful, skilled and wise of all the Force Users in the enitire Galaxy. Their skill is said to be unmatched, even but the Jedi. Controlling the Dark Side of the Force, the take one other, as their Apprentice, to train in the ways of the Sith.
Sith Apprentice/Sith Master: Though not as powerful as the Dark Lord of the Sith, their power is still stronger then that of any other Force User. Though the Apprentice to the Dark Lord of the Sith, they have often already mastered their training and act independently. The only contact they have with their master is to do their bidding when requested.
Emperor's Hand: Like the Sith, only two of these exist at one time. They take their orders from the Emperor of the Imperials. They are more powerful and more skilled than any Jedi or Dark Jedi Master. They are sent on the most important missions for the Emperor, often using stealth rather than engaging in enemies,
Dark Jedi Master: Extremely skilled in lightsaber combat and Force abilities, these Dark Jedi are one of the most formidible warriors in the Galaxy. Their skills match that of a Jedi Master. They often take an apprentice to pass on what they have learned.
Dark Jedi Knight: Having completed their training as an Apprentice, Dark Jedi Knights are now allowed to take an apprentice of their own, as well as study a new lightsaber style other than single bladed if they choose. Dark Jedi Knights are considered extremely dangerous to the Jedi, however, their power rarely is enough to beat a Jedi Master.
Apprentice: New to the ways of the Force, a Force User is trained in the ways of the Dark Side by a Dark Jedi. As their skills are reletively weak at this level, they limited to the use of a single lightsaber and only the basic Force abilities. Once they master this under their master will they be promoted to Dark Jedi Knight. Please note: You are not offically of any rank, and therefore not granted any of their responsibilities, until you are on this list. Breaching this results in a warning.

Rules
1. Please stick to Gaia's ToS. Though this may be obvious, occasionally some members do forget. Anyone you see breaking the ToS, please report to a Guild Moderator, not to a Gaia Moderator.
2. Another obvious rule, but please stick to the Guild rules too. They can be found in the stickies.
3. There are to be NO NPC Dark Jedi. As Jedi/Dark Jedi are generally the most popular choices for characters, we should have enough people to make up the Jedi numbers. You can have NPC Jedi in your character history, but they cannot be used in the actual RP.
4. RP in this thread may be slow. Do not spam the thread, or any other thread, up if no one replies straight away. Someone should eventually interact with you. If not, then you interact with someone, but make sure you are not interfering them during something important.
5. Another obvious, but often overlooked rule. Apprentices cannot train or teach another student. They are free to train with them, but they cannot teach each other, that is their master's job. This also applies to other Dark Jedi. You cannot teach another's Apprentice. That, again, is their job, not yours.

Three years had come and three years had gone. Much had changed, and yet, at the same time, nothing had changed at all. In the medical wing was a single active Bacta tank. In side was an extremely lean Echani. His very being was out of place on the planet of Korriban. The Echani were albino and did their best to avoid dessert planets were the systems star could easily scorch their white skin.
His eye were closed and his mouth covered by a breather mask. His hair was as white as snow, and his body looked as though it had been chiseled form the side of a mountain. Nothing moved except his hair, which flowed up and down along with the current of the chemicals being filtered in and out of the tank. The reading on the control panel to the right indicated he was alive, yet in an extremely deep sleep. His comatose state had carried him silently through the last three year, blissfully unaware of the recent happenings.
He had been blissfully unaware, but he himself was by no means a blissful person. In his sleep the voices of the dead lord, force spirits, or what ever they may be tuckered him. The gale of their sorrow and hate filled cries never ended. And in front of them all was the one he had encountered the first time. Her voice had been the one that dug into him, slowly, with the pain of a dull Wookie Ryke blade. She had called it "conditioning." He torturing voice was nothing more than just that, torture. With a pain that one never grew used to.
There came a faint clicking form the control panel. The screens life sign readings changed to a countdown. Ten second ticked by and the resuscitation process of the tank kick started its self. The bacta drained, and the face mask detached itself. He lay in a heap on the floor of the tank, his body convulsing furiously. What seemed like an eternity passed before he slowly pushed himself up to look about the dark room from within his transparasteel torture chamber. It all looked familiar, yet he couldn't recall where he was. He stood up and reached out with the force, it felt almost instinctive. He engaged the release process on the control panel. The hissing of compressed air and the sound of hydraulics soon filled the room as the front glass panel slowly fell forward, allowing him to finally step out.
He rubbed the wet form his face with a towel that he found in a locker to the right of the tank and dried his hair. As he looked about the medical bay he slowly regained a concept of where he was. He dried the rest of himself off and pulled on the black pants and under shirt laying on an examination table. He sat down on a bench and tried to clear his mind.
Korriban, he was on Korriban, that much he could remember. He tried to remember how he got here. A shuttle crash! I am a dark Jedi apprentice... Every thing came flooding back to him at once. The crash, the temple, the dark lord and- "That Fighter! T3!" A faint beeping sound emitted form some where behind him. He turned around and found a small astromech with a dying battery. It had plugged itself into the charging socket, and yet its battery was now running dry. "Malfunctioning piece of junk. Its about time I scrapped you. Do you still have what I gave you?" it whirred slightly and extended its claw tipped arm. In the grasp of the mandible was a battered and half melted helmet that resembled that of a Mandalorian's helm. He took it and gave the droid one last kick before its battery died and the faint blue glowing of the droids single eye vanished to nothing.
"Good radiance. Now, what about the rest of the students." He reached out with the force and was a bit surprised to find nothing. No sine of life in the temple except his own. "Odd..." He extended his concentration farther, out side of the temple. There were signs of life else where, but they were extremely faint. He sighed, pulling his saber through to him through use of the force from the same table as the clothes. He attached it to his belt as he moved over to a cloths locker. He pulled out a black kimono over shirt, tunic, and hooded rob and quickly threw them on.
With what little power to it was left, the door to the med bay opened as Trance stepped near it. The halls were black as a starless night. The power to the bacta tank finally failed, the light that emitted form it disappearing and casting Trance in complete darkness. It mattered not. He could see through the force. He stepped out of the med bay and walked down one of the halls to the front entrance. He hid the helm inside his robes. He would head for Dreshdae and see what information he could gather. There had to be a reason why the temple was abandoned.

A low humming sound was heard with in the small transport ship, it was coloured with a fine crimision and a pure black shade, making it almost invisible in the space. The ship supported a well strong defense system and attack system but hasn't seen battle.
On board a strong, dark aura was felt, and with in one of many chambers, was a rather tall, built male, dressed in a unique clothing. The clothing was stained mostly in a dark crimsion, a long cloak was stretched out from the neck down hitting the ground softly. Around the left side of the male was more bulky material such as a large shoulder pad stained with the Sith logo on it. Along the right arm it had strong metal material, support wise as it laid down to the fore-arm and a normal sized black glove. The right side was diffrent, there was no shoulder pad and no bulky material but a stretched out, black clothing which was tight around the arm showing how muscular the male was.
The hood of the cloak was on, and beanth it was a mask, it had only two holes for the eyes and the mask was painted in lighter crimsion. The male seemed to be in a defensive stance holding onto a long stretched out saber. It was thin in the middle and at the tips was cuffed, almost oval with black tips. The male adjusted his hand grip making it much tighter upon the handle, soon enleashing a saber upon his left sight, it was a bright red shade, with a glowing middle, it hummed louder then the room from the ship's engine.
Soon with a quick movement with his other hand, another saber was unleashed on the other end, making it a Staff saber, hard to master but powerful to take on most enemies at once. The Male seemed to know how to handle the weapon, by the stance with the certain saber, from the look of things he was much of a power user then anything else.

After three long years of training hard with his master, he felt he was ready to return. His master and him however took seperate ships back to korriban. Mitch was not one for keeping ships, so he merly grabbed the quickest thing he could find that would get him back in one piece and as quickly as possible. Not much had changed about him, except he now had a darker aura and appearence, his hair was in his eyes and was long and dark.
The left arm he had lost when he first incountered his master and the old Sith lord was now replaced by a dark menacing mechanical arm. He entered the planets atmosphere with ease and brought the ship down near the temple. Surely he thought to himself that he would be welcomed back by the stronger dark jedi..... and feared by the new comers.
He brushed these thoughts out of his mind for now, he quickly made haste and exited his ship via the exit ramp and awaited the arrival of his master. While waiting he observed the temple and crossed his arms over his chest, the wind made his cloak flutter behind him. He reached up with his right arm and pulled down his hood concealing his face to all who would see it.
As soon as his mater returned he wished to practise up on the training he had, and maybe now he would be ready to learn more about the force and the power it held. He took note of his surroundings as he waited, not much had changed about the planets appearence, there was not however a bunch of new force users running around... if there was he couldn't see him, and the biggest difference he noted was the lack of power he would sense when the sith lord was near. perhapes an ill fate had befallen her, it did not matter he did not hold much feelings for her.
He began to think to himself, if the previous dark lord was gone, surely there would be a new one to fill the power vacuum... so he would either get along with this new dark lord, or he could always have a repeat of the last dark lord. His mind began to wander however as he could slightly sense his master's presence near the planet.

((Jlynn, this place has been locked, not inactive. Now that this place is open, I'm sure the mods will star alertign eveyr one.
Dragon, as a fair warning, you don't want to spam in this guild, trust me on this one.))
Dreshdae. Out side of the temple it was the only habitable location on the planet. He spent most of the day walking through the desert. Something he had not wanted to do. The black robe kept his skin form the harsh sun, but the heat was nearly unbearable. He was more than glad when he reached the entrance to the enclosed port town, hidden away form the harsh dry weather.
As he entered the huge durasteel doors he immediately entered the cantina to his right. A horse shoe shaped room. There was a bar in the middle. In the back was a halo desk with images of a Bith j** wailers and dancing Twi'leks. He took a small table out in the open. He had nothing to hide, sitting in the shadows only drew attention to you. A Twi'lek waitress came to take his order, she winked at him, hoping that the fake advance would get her a bigger tip. She had about a snow balls chance on Tattoine of getting any thing other than what he owes.
She took his order and soon returned a bottle of Juma juice and a glass. He took the data pad form her and opened dup his account. The numbers seemed different. It was an extremely large amount, in the trillions. Bounty money, inheritance, body guard payment, money he made form selling the ships of bounty heads, etc. Something was different though. There looked to be at least three years on interest, odd. He shrugged and sent the amount owed to the bar. The bar tender received the transaction and looked own at the senders name. "Trance Shada?"
Trance looked back over his shoulder away from the dancing holograms. He grasped his hilt in his robe through the force. "Yes?" He answered in passive voice. He opened his robes slightly to allow his saber easy passage if he did need to draw it.
"We got a package for you awhile back. It at the docks" The bar tender stuck his thumb behind him, gesturing away from the bar.
"Why would it be at the docks?" Trance had never heard of a package waiting for any one is such a place. The local mail delivery system held it until the person could claim it.
"Because its a ship. A nice one I might add. Wouldn't mind having one like it for my self." He laughed nervously. The scars that covered Trances face, and the hard look in his eyes told the bartender he was not in the mood for jokes . "Uhh...shall I tell the dock manager your on your way?"
Trance stared at the tender coldly "You do that." Trance stood form his chair and pulled his robes closer to him. He passed by the bar without even so much as a glance at the tender of the fuming Twi'lek with out her tip. He stepped out of the bar and let the door close behind him before heading to the docking station.

The same transport ship hovered over the "Sith Planet", the humming sounds from the engine had grew stronger, the male with in the control room examined the planet it seemed too long for him to come back, he has been away far too long.
Checking the systems he soon hit a few switches as the ship tilted and proceeded down towards the planet, hitting the red mist right away the ship's speed slowed down upon the planet's surface and in no time would gently hover over the crust, touching upon the sand surface the ship's gears came out and soon hit the ground gently.
The male hit a few more switched turning the transport ship off before he himself got from out of his seat and proceeded towards the Drop Ramp where he would haste to the surface. Hitting a large button a small yet long ramp came out slowly as lights around it turned on, yet the mist of the sand flew here and there making the lights hardly visible. Yet the male found it no problem as he walked out upon the surface and looked here and there trying to pick up any auras of the Dark Side or any Jedi's around him.
His appearance was diffrent from his "school uniform" to something more dark, it showed strength in one, from the crimision cape, cloak and his metalic left side for protection, he seemed formal almost like a Master or Lord but was a Knight at all times and considered himself to approch the next stage at any time.

Descending into the atmosphere, an Imperial-Class Lambda Shuttle shot across the planet's surface, heading towards the small, newly built temple. Luke sat onboard, dressed completely in black, his hood up, casting a shadow over his face. As usual, he was escorted by two Imperial Guards.
The shuttle's wings folded up as the ship lowered for landing, only several metres from the temple. Dust blew away as the shuttle touched down and the loading ramp lowered. With a guard either side of his, Luke walked down the ramp, clutching something in his hand. He stood at the bottom of the ramp, and looked up to the guards.
Stay with the ship. I shant be long....
Luke briskly walked into the temple, not wanting any contact with anyone inside. he only had one short task to complete before he could get back to his fleet.

Luke headed directly to the centre of the temple, where the device he was carrying, which infact was a recorded message, would be of most use. He passed the second set of Imperial Guards as he hurried through the temple. They were still station next to a tightly sealed door. Luke considered checking up on his "project" but he did not want to waste more time than he had to.
The centre of the temple was an enormous dome shaped room, which a circular platform in the middle, only slightly raised. Luke stepped up onto this platform and placed the device in the centre. All someone would need to do is active the device to hear the recording.
"A new age of power is coming. While you so called "Dark Jedi" waste away your lives on this dying world, you are missing your opportunity to gain a share of the power. Should you want this, seek out the hidden Imperial Fleet. There you will be further informed. Should you pass up this chance, then you will be considered an enemy of the Imperial Navy, as well as both the New-Republic and the Jedi....
Luke hastily headed back to his shuttle. Over the past few years he had grown sick of this world and had no desire to stay. Besides, he had to get back to his fleet and finalise his plans.

It truly was a beautiful ship. It was dagger shaped, with a flat head and folding wings on the side. An SDS Armed Star Couier. The cockpit, bunk room, kitchen, and rec room were all in the same location. There was nothing fancy about it. It looked as though it were fresh form the manufacturing plant. "We've had it for several weeks now. We don't know who sent it, but the message hat came with it said it was specifically for a one 'Trance Shada.' We also received this." The dock manager handed trance on encryption disk. Trance took it from him and placed it inside his robe, only glancing at the manager for a brief moment. He did not so much as nod to him. The manager seemed uneasy, he shifted in place for a moment before saying, "We have no idea what on it. We can't break the code, not only that, its DNA encoded. We eventually came to the conclusion that it was for the ship owners eyes only." Trance did look at him after hearing this. How could any one have gotten hold of his DNA in the past few years. He had been hidden safely away, sleeping in a bacta tank.
Several more silent moments past before Trance felt an extremely strong surge in the force. It was emitting form some were in the waists. It lingered for only a moment before vanishing. The Dark Lord... Trance turned to the manager. "I thank you for watching over my ship, but I must be on my way." Trance stepped away from the manager towards his ship when the manager reached out and grabbed his shoulder.
"Hold on a second, there's the matter of docking payment, as well as a watchers and keepers fee." The managers eyes widened at the thought of credits. Trance instinctively reached for his saber, but calmed himself, there was no point for violence at this moment. He raised his hand and slowly waved it through the air in front of the managers face
"There is no need to pay any fee, the ship was never here, nor was I." The mangers face took on a distant look. His eyes glazed over. and he became some what rigid.
"There is no need to pay any fee." He stopped for a moment before shacking his head lightly and looking at Trance with curiosity "What...what ship are you talking about? Who are you?"
Trance turned away form the manager and boarded his new ship. He pulled the melted JDAT helm and disk from within his rob and set them down on the bed in the bunk area. He moved to the ship and engaged its thrusters. The rear hatch closed and the landing gear disappeared into the hull as the ship lifted out of the circular docking area. Trance was curious about the surge he had felt moment ago. The ripples of it could still be felt. He opened his mind and felt for the center. Once found, he engaged the main thruster and headed for its exact location.

Hizzing sounds were heard from behind the mask, as if he was communicating to the other, the male turned a bit to face the other presense of the Force, it seemed a few Dark Siths took the role on travling to the planet to United, yet no leader was established after years ago with the female Dark Lord.
He poundered her where abouts, and lost contact with her a few weeks ago, but after that he stayed to himself without speaking to his Student that he ordered and watched over to grow stronger with his strong training over the certain planets of the galaxy.
The Master had growen a custom to the planet but found it odd, almost gone, but felt a new temple near by, he looked to the student then hizzed agian, agreeing on the motions that they should follow this aura.
