Well, you make it out of two rubber balls [one big, one medium-sized] taped together, paper mache, paint, and some random cloth.

i am just going to be a ninja from the sand village.
i have 3 forehead protectors, 2 sweat band looking things that looks like a mini head band
and i am just going to dress up in all black
but i will have to buy the pouch thing to put my shurikens in

You could just make the gourd out of cardboard, or maybe just put some sand in a bedsheet and shape it into the gourd using masking tape. biggrin

If you can't make one yourself then try to find a friend who can help you get one or borrow one. Thats what Im doing since my friend's brother has the costume of almost everyone in Naruto.
