RULES & FORMALITIES
I believe I should really have to enforce rules here in this guild and forum but unfortunately to maintain a stable atmosphere to keep bad things to a minimum and high spirits and fun at a maximum I must set aside some ground rules to achieve that.
If you feel that there are any rules I am missing or any new ones that should be added please feel free to drop me a PM and I'll see what I can do. 3nodding
1. Respect each other, ken/S.O.A.P., and their music
Like I said, I wish to maintain an atmosphere and enviroment of good times and fun, so in order to achieve that we of course have to have good members. This means that you must please respect other guild members opinions, please don't harass, flame, or put down any members at all (unless with VERY VERY VERY GOOD reason as I tend to lose my cool myself at times but still only when it's absolutely neccesary).
The same applies to ken and S.O.A.P., obviously if you decided to join this guild that would mean you are indeed a fan and their works, thus you should respect them and their work and not put them down despite any given situation.
2. Follow the Gaia TOS
As usual you must also abide to the TOS, but I generally won't enforce it unless given a very good reason, so please try to abide to it ok? I really hate being the bad guy like that... sweatdrop
One violation will result in a very stern warning, same goes with the second time, get one a third time and it's an immediate ban for you buddy.
But generally I'll be a softy on this, if you have a couple violations and you've at least tried to make up and be good and say over a long period of time you get another just out of the blue, I'll just decide to overlook that and let you start over, but only in a given situation deemed acceptable.
3. Keep illiteracy down to a bare minimum
Please, oh please please please, try to avoid a bit of fan-ism and avoid going gaga on your posts, please post coherent, literate posts. No SPAM topics (if there already is a topic that has been done and a new one is made the new one will be told to post in the older one and will be locked until it is clear they got the message, then said new topic will be deleted) and please avoid chat/net speak in most posts and topics ok?
4. Have fun!
This one is obvious, of course have fun here. Share whatever you want and as much as you want. Uploading vids and mp3s for fans is acceptable (as I myself love giving back to the fans and will do so on occasion) as well as posting fan-art and fan-fiction (although I'm not a big fan on it but I know some members might so I just can't help that now can I?). Pics and new news on ken and/or S.O.A.P. is also most welcomed.
