(NOTE: All of the laws I will post are real laws, I'm not clever enough to make these up. Also if it seems like I give laws from Virginia a lot, it's because I'm from Virginia.)
In Richmond, Virginia: It is illegal for anybody to flip a coin to see who pays for Coffee in any eating establishment

i love your laws! i have not read them all so i dont know if you have these but:
it is illegal to fish with a spoon
it is illegal to keep a donkey in your bathtub
it is illegal to throw a ball at someones head for fun
it is illegal to make ugly faces at dogs
it is illegal to tease a skunk
it is illegal to carry an icecream cone in your back pocket on sundays
it is illegal not to have windsheild wipers even if you do not have a windshield
it is illegal for women to impersonate santa clause
it is a higher crime to rob a bank, then shoot the bankteller with a water pistol
if you dont have these im glad to have occupied your time with this useless information blaugh
