Here are the rules, everyone who wants to participate pm, every one has to give me 100 gold (If you win you get 300 gold makeing a difference of 200 gold) and its only one question with one chance.
Q:How did Edward Elric lose his arm?

he lost he arm in order to bind al's soul into a suit of armour

Yep yep! His leg was lost to bring his mom back and the arm was to bring Al back into the suit of armor too easy (yeah and dont go getting them confused!)

I see, it was kinda a trick question. you wre expecting someone to say "he lost it when he tried to bring his mother back" but really it was when he bonded al's soul to the armor. Too easy.

exactly, he used his arm as equivilent exchange to get al's soul back from the gate so that he could bind it to the armor. its all equivilant exchange ^__^

We ARE part of the FMA guild... I bet half the fangirls here (at least) like to think equivalent exchange exists in some way -_- (I realize I'm a fangirl... So for the record: I DON'T!)
