As of late, I've noticed an increasingly large amount of people misspelling names of most of the characters, so here's a reference guide to all of their names.
DON'T HURT ME, I like being sarcastic! I know the descriptions are mean, but they're funny. ADMIT IT! D:<
arrow Aang- The maid kid with ADHD and a wicked awesome arrow
arrow Sokka- (This one is ALWAYS misspelled!) The sarcastic "I-want-a-sammich-woman!" kind of guy with a ponytail.
arrow Katara- The Uber Water Word-that-starts-with-"w"
arrow Toph- The anoying, bratty earth bending kid that can't see worth crap has malfunctioning eye issues but could still beat yer face in.. (Actually, she can't see at all...) <------ Edited for Shyao.
arrow Jet- (How do people get this wrong!?!?) The crazy "OMGWTFFIRENATION" guy that always has a plant of some sort in his mouth.
arrow Azula- The somewhat bitchy PMS-ing princess with ego problems.
arrow Mai- The emo one.
arrow Ty Lee- The "Poof!" girlie girl that has something for Sokka.♥♥♥
arrow Zuko- Prince dude and center of attention to many a fangirl.
arrow Iroh- The dude that you want to hug and loves tea. (Understatement...)
arrow Sozin- Apparently there's a debate over weather this is spelled correctly or not, so I looked it up on http://www.avatarspirit.com and it's spelled like so. Sozin is that freaky comet thing. he was also a fire lord dude. :3
arrow Suki- The amazing kick @$$ Kyoshi chick that gave Sokka a severe beatdown 'cause he was being a sexist pig. D:< (She had on the freaky makeup junk that made her look like a drag queen, you know, that chick.)

It's amazing, how so many people are fans but they can't get the names right. mad P: I used to never spell "Zuko" right, I spelled it "Zukko."
Dunno why....

well its kind of annoying when youre trying to have a conversation about avatar, and someone gets the names wrong. dunno, its just kind of a thing that bothers me....

Yeah, it's really irksome when someone doesn't spell a name right. It' slike, duh? Everyone else spells it a certain way, why don't you see 'Oh, wait, theirs is all the same and mine's different, perhaps they're right?'

i disagree with what u said about toph. "cant see worth crap" that is not right. she's an excellent earthbending master who was born blind. Actually i think it was because of her blindness that actually made her become an excellent earth bender.

I disagree with 'Mai'.
I know that everyone spells it that way, but I believe it is wrong.
'Mai' is pronounced 'My', when her name is pronounced 'May'.
I think that it's supposed to be spelled 'Mei', only because the pronounciation (sp?) is correct...

How could you get their names wrong? I could understand ONE name being wrong and that would Iroh. Cause you COULD think it would be Irow.

i have to agree with Lady Adelaide and MidnightArticuno... i don't get irritated as much as i become confused, especially during roleplays. i have to sit there for a moment...
