What programs do you use to code and/or do graphics?

I use Dreamweaver and Photoshop/Imageready CS2/7.0. I know what you are going to say, "Dreamweaver is for nOObs!" Well, I like it. I type in the letter B and press enter and bang it types in background for me. It just makes it faster. I could still code without DW.

If I'm writing a short script, I'll usually do it in notepad. Anything longer, and I'll use dreamweaver, like z!p already said, I love how it predicts what you're going to type.
I would never use it to make the HTML for me though, the code it generates is horrable. >_o

DreamWeaver it for making webpages and writing scripts in, not for graphic design, if you've ever used fireworks, it's part of the same product line. wink

I use Adobe Photodeluxe business Edition for my graphics. It's photoshop 1.0. Eat THAT, CS2 enthusiasts. I used to run a well-maintained shop with that program and still use it today. It's not nearly as complicated as photoshop is nowadays, is smaller, and I know how to use it. That's the main point.

I use Anim8or to make my 3D models.

I use ULead gif Animator for my animations.

I use Notepad2 for my coding.

I use FTP commander for my... commanding.

ZendStudio (Coding)
Dreamweaver 8 (Coding / Management / FTP)
Fireworks 8 / Photoshop CS2 (Graphics)
Windows Explorer FTP (Direct FTP)

Dreamweaver is far from a Noob piece of software... that Frontpage. Sure you can code in any editor... but I've yet to use another WebIDE as complete as Dreamweaver. 4laugh

And if Adobe ever tries to merge Dreamweaver with GoLive I will cry. Though I think DW is the reason Adobe bought Macromedia.

What I ment by noobie software was that you can just go to the design page and then just copy the code.
