Who: Aiden & Lainey
What: Searching for a place or places they can spend time together other than home/shop, & um... getting distracted with each other. wink
When: Directly after this
Where: Outside. Possibly anywhere

((Others may be welcome. Let either Rave or myself know your idea & where the two will find your audio first, & the next time they switch locations we'll let you know it's your turn. Thanks!))

Holding Lainey tight the fae audio flew them both to a scenic waterfall. It was pretty high up, but lovely and looked like only local fauna came to visit it. It was not a very large falls, perhaps only a little taller than Aiden. The flowing water was more of a creek than a river; enough for wading in away from the falls, although an audio could sit comfortably with a friend in the pool that caught the falling water.

The falls themselves seemed to bubble out of the ground rather than from a visible stream. Ever so gently Aiden set his lady down.

"I wanted te take ye here first, Lainey-love. In dinnae ken if there is a path ye can walk te get here or nae, bu' t'is a favorite haunt o' mine when I need te be alone."

She was already excited by the surrounding scenery before they even reached the falls, giggling softly, "Oh it's so beautiful here!" she spoke softly in awe as she looked around, smiling as she dipped a toe into a flowing creak, gasping and pulling away with a laugh when she realized just how cold the water was. "How did you ever find a place like this, Aiden?" She wanted to explore. If there was a path to get here, she wanted to find it. Otherwise the only way to return was when she was with Aiden already, not to meet her boyfriend there.

The highlander held back, blissfully watching his paramour in this place he also loved so well. "I dinnae ken, anymore. I was bu' a pup, one o' th' few times I wandered te try & find th' shop on my own then. I was tired, an' thirsty, an' it called te' me." Stepping softly up behind her he let his arms encircle her waist. Very lightly he made a trail of kisses from her shoulder, up her neck, all the way to the tip of her upright ear. Once there he whispered. "Even if ye can only get here wi' me... I wanted ye te ken tha' anytime ye wish te come here, anytime at all, ye just say th' word, my bonnie lass."

"It's so amazing here," she went on, "So peaceful and soothing... a-and.. a-ah.." she flushed warmly when Aiden started to warm her up when the trail of kisses along her throat, her eyes fluttering closed blissfully. "Nnh... A-aiden.." A shiver ran down her spine, "I... I'd like that..." She was thinking that this would have been the perfect place to practice that breathing excercise that Kaleb had told them about, but now her mind were on much more... pleasing things. "Y-you make it so hard to think, love."

He smiled & ducked his head, properly chastised. "Ach. My apologies, Beloved. Ye looked so lovely, standing there... in this place. I dinnea ken why I've nae brought ye here before know... t'is no denying tha' I thought o' doing so often." Aiden nuzzled her cheek gently but refrained from kissing her further. "Bu' then my thoughts have a tendancy te vacate themselves of all bu' th' moment when I'm wi' ye, my bonnie Lainey."

She giggled and turned in his arms to face him, brushing their lips together chastely, "It's alright, but I don't think you realized just how much of an affect you have over me. If I let you get away with everything we'd never be able to get anything done!" She admitted with a blush. She looked around again, "Have you ever brought anyone else here..?"

"I think I ken... if ye react te me as I do te ye, Lainey-lass. And Nae... I've nae brought another here with me." He holds her lightly, smiling gently into her violet eyes. "T'wouldnae be a very secret spot te hide from th' world if more ken o' it." Touching her nose with his, Aiden smiled like a mischivious little boy. Something twinkled in his golden eyes as if saying he would not mind making this a one stop trip. "Yer the only one I've wished te share it with."

She didn't admit it, and probably wouldn't, but she would have been very jealous if he had ever shared a secret like this with anyone else, male or female. "O-oh, I see." Lainey laughed softly and rubbed her nose against Aiden's in an eskimo kiss, "I'm glad." She saw the look in his eyes, and a playful glint came into her own. She pulled away from him, still smiling impishly, "Aiden," she started almost seriously, kneeling near the edge of the stream, "Catch!" She giggled as she cupped cool water in her paws and tossed it up towards Aiden, sprinkling down on him like rain.

He held out his hands, half expecting Lainey to toss a pebble from the stream. Instead Aiden shivered ever so slightly at the cool rain of water from her fingers. Raising a brow he smiled, giving her a look that clearly said: 'oh, so that's how it's going to be?' Before moving with the grace of both dancer & swordsman to get around her, cupping two handfulls of water -joined- to dump on her.

He never understood the concept of cold shower... and now the fae really did not. The chill of the water certainly was not calming him down any.

Lainey squealed and tried to shield the rest of her body with her arms as best as she could, a shiver running down her spine when cool droplets made it's way down her back anyways, "Aaah!" She got back up to her feet, bending down enough to push her hand through the water, then flicking up, creating a small wave/splash to hit Aiden with then ran to get away from the return onslaught.

"Ach!" He exclaimed in soft surprise as the splash caught him square in the face. Aiden sputtered then sprinted to catch and capture his lady. oh no. The cool water was certainly not calming him down in the slightest.

As he neared the firework femme Aiden danced sideways to cut her off & get his arms around her. "Yer a feisty lil' firework lass today, arenae ye, Love?"

With a gasp and a giggle, she danced away just out of his reach, though know without almost slipping in the water, "I can't help it! I am a firework!" she stuck her tongue out at him teasingly. She didn't know why she felt so giddy. Maybe it was because of all the future held for her and Aiden, or even just because she shared such a private place with her, but mostly likely it was because of the fire Aiden started in her himself with his teasing lips. She blew a kiss at him then took off at a sprint, "Can't catch me!"

A dare? The highlander's golden eyes sparkled with the challenge. He could feel his blood singing -it had started when he watched Lainey taking in the sights of his secret hideaway. Her tongue did tease, and a low primal growl escped the male. Aiden took off after her. Oh, he would catch her all right... but half the fun was the chase.

Getting close once again Aiden reached out an arm as if to grab her but "missed" lightly grazing the tips of his fingertips in a slight curve from her shoulder to her wrist. Then he pulled back & "stumbled" to cover.

All around the little clearing he continued to chase her in his silent way: touching an ear here, her tail there. Just barely having his arms slip from her waist, his hand from her hips.

He wondered idly if he was succeeding in making her body sing as his was, and devotely hoped so.

Lainey got the feeling that Aiden was just teasing her now. Her body was feeling wonderfully warm and tingling. She found herself wondering just why she was running from Aiden when he was promising so much with those light touches. But all the same she dodged and danced just out of Aiden's reach, giggling at her boy's antics. "You're not even trying~!" She mock pouted at him as she waded into the water, shivering at the cold.

A mischievous glimmer sparkled in his golden eyes as he followed her into the water. "I suppose tha' depends on wha' is being attempted, Lovely-lass o' mine."

Without a warning he flew out of the water & angled his flight right at Lainey, capturing her in his arms. This had the side effect of dousing both with a good spray of water but even as he shivered Aiden discovered that he did not mind in the least. Watching the water glisten off of her fur, offset by the bright shimmer of white at her throat... Aiden dipped his head to kiss her tenderly just above the necklace.
