I just joined here today and I was wondering does that mean I'm in the game right away or do I wait till the new games stars, also can I vote for people and when the new game starts am I signed up automatically or do I have to PM someone to say I want to be in teh game. sweatdrop Phew a lot of questions!

You're going to have to wait until the next game begins before you can join, unfortunately. When the new games does start, you'll have to sign up in a thread marked "SNIPER GAME (insert # here) SIGN-UPS" at a specified date at a specific time. If you miss sign-ups, you can't vote, and only players can vote off people.
