It said last night that there weren't, but checking it to get the source I saw this wonderful update!
[UPDATE 10/3] The Burger King representative contacted GameSpot this morning to correct a previous statement. It turns out that the three games will have achievements for the Xbox 360 after all.
Yay, for the BK Lounge!!
Oh, and the source was on Gamefaqs.

Blech. I can't see paying anything for one of these games. I will hand it to them though. The graphics are halfway decent for a knock off game.

Omega Darkness I'm sorry, but not even 360 games will get me back to eating fast food.
I rent games from work just to get Achievements, so THERE.
Anyway, You don't have to eat the food Omega. :3 Give it to a homeless person, or stand next to the line and ask people to get the game for you (you'll of course pay them)
