It's my first post in the guild, so I decided to talk about something interesting. Something we can all talk about.
Nuclear War.
I'm not even joking, that's what we're going to talk about today.
DEFCON is the game in question, and the website can be found at www.everybody-dies.com
The tagline for this really says the most about it:
It's Global Thermonuclear War, and nobody wins.
But maybe - just maybe - you can lose the least.
But maybe - just maybe - you can lose the least.
It's a harrowing feeling when you launch your first nuclear missile against a Capital City and slaughter 4 million people in one attack. It's even worse when you launch a barrage at the country, and once you begin to survey it, you find that the most populated city has only 100, 000 people living in it. It's an amazing game, and the demo is a free download.
