i've just tryed to do my first meditiation, but i can only say
that it was far from a success, i know that i shouldnt try to push myself as
it was only my first meditaion. i couldnt breath....i was wondering if
anyone could give me advice on how to breath, whether you breath
through your nose or mouth, and how many seconds you do between
breaths. i have a cushion and a meditaion CD thats got lovely music on it,
and i cant deside on whether you should have your eyes open or not.
please help as this is something i really want to do.
it also says in the book that reliseing this is a good first step as this is the
nature of the "monkey mind"
