I was at my friends house and she showed me Princess Maker 3. I loved it so much so I went home and ordered Princess Maker 2 on yesasia.com. I love playing it and I have such a fun time. I was wondering if any one else likes playing it too or even knows about it??? here's the offical Princess Maker 2 website: www.pmlove.co.kr here's a fun page that tells you all you need to know about PM2: http://princessmaker.maison-otaku.net/princess.htm

I was pretty obsessed with PM2 about 5 years ago when I found it for download on an abandonware site. I really want to play PM3, but isn't it only available in Japanese/Chinese? crying

Mmh.. Princess Maker... heart
Yup. Only PM2 made it into English (and that's just the beta version that was never fully released). However, there are Korean versions of PM3 too.

Achan Mmh.. Princess Maker... heart Yup. Only PM2 made it into English (and that's just the beta version that was never fully released). However, there are Korean versions of PM3 too. Aah, pity! I can't read Korean.... sad Anyways.. I found my copy of PM2 and I'm gonna play the tar out of it. It's been years since I've touched it. Last time I played, I somehow managed to raise the new queen of Hell.. whoops! sweatdrop

I love Princess Maker 2! I've also played Princess Maker 3, but my inability to read anything kinda sapped some of the fun out of it. sweatdrop I wish Princess Maker games would be made available in English. crying

Yeah.. I agree, it's pretty hard to understand just what's going on in 3. So much happens to your daughter, and she actually tells you if she likes classes and jobs and such. XD;
Still, I find it enjoyable~

I was under the impression that PM1-3 were made by Gainax, and this is the first I've heard of a PM4. Is it really official, or some kind of tribute? I'm not Korean, nor am I fluent in it (all my friends are Korean so I can read and understand some), but at the bottom it looks like it says "Copyright 프린세스메이키", which would (loosely) phonetically translate to "peu rin sae seu ae i ki", which certainly doesn't sound like "Gainax".
Bah, don't rely on me for Korean, I only know English and Japanese (and some German).

Yup! There's a Princess Maker 4: http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-44-70-czd.html
It was apparently first supposed to be for the Dreamcast with the daughter, Karen. However, it was pushed WAY back until now (and has been pushed back yet again XD; )

*____________* HOMG, I LURVE PM!!! I started with the Korean Verison of PM3 when I was visiting Korea. My cousin showed me the game and through a pocket translater and online checking, I figured out the basics of the game. I don't understand most of it though... sweatdrop
Last year a friend sent me the english version of PM2. ninja I am madly addicted to that game now. I tried it in Korean once, but had a much harder time since I didn't understand the language and because I couldn't tell what was needed to be good at battle. sweatdrop
