Cagalli bolted, running strait for the trees that surrounded their tiny home. AndrAIa was cooking, this, is bad. When Andy cooks, Andy gets mad. Cagalli while chasing her Haro, Yellow, had accidentally knocked over a lamp. And broke it. AndrAIa was yelling, so she ran... and ran... and ran...
Cagalli stopped running and, panting, fell down onto the ground. She looked around... "Growl... Growlithe?" . [ Where... am I? ]

Having already grown bored of just sitting around the house, Dante began wandering toward a patch of trees. Maybe he would find some small creature to chase around, or some hapless trainer to beg food from. Speaking of food... What's that smell? Raising his nose to the soft breeze, he eagerly picked up the trail of the delightful smell.

Cagalli sniffed the air. Nothing was familiar. She couldnt smell anything or anyone she recognized. She stood there in the darkness, waiting. Near by a Hoot-Hoot cooed and a twig snapped. She could here something coming toward her. Cagalli backed up against a tree. The bushes rustled.
"Growl!" [Ahh!] She cried as tried to run but her foot had caught in the mesh of intertwining roots that made of the forest floor, twisting her ankle. She braced herself for what was to come.

Snapping at a branch that had ensared his tail, Dante squeezed his way through to a dark clearing. As his eyes adjusted to the contrast, he caught the sound of movement near the base of the tree. Ears pointed forward, muscles tensed, and he issued a defensive growl toward the form, preparing to fight if need be. Narrowing his eyes and sniffing, he attempted to get a better view of the thing. "Growwl?" [Hello?]

Cagalli froze as something entered the clearing. Her heart skipped a beat when it growled. Making herself as small as posible she readied for the creatures attack.
Then it said something.
"Growwl?" [Hello?] She said quitely.

As the wind changed, Dante started as he caught the scent of the thing. Whatever it was, it smelled like him. Had his shadow had come to pay a visit? Well, he would just see about that.
Dante lowered to his hauches, spreading his front paws and wagging his tail before he let loose a pounce-"Growl!" [HAH!]
Startled out of his wits when he landed on something, not shadowy as he had expected, but furry and warm, he yelped and leaped back. "Growlithe...!" [What in the...!]

"Awwwwwl!" [AAAHHHHH!] Cagalli cired as the thing landed on her. Which it turend out was a Growlithe, like herself. She tried to run away but only managed to get her foot even more entwined in the undergrowth. She looked franticaly up ward at the larger Growlithe, eyes wide with terror.

Wincing as he landed painfully on his rear with a loud 'fwump,' Dante almost forgot about the thing he had pounced. When he removed himself from his awkward position, he turned his head and looked over the yellow thing before him. "Gro...wli." [Aheh...oops.]

Cagalli setteld down a bit, sencing this pokemon, who ever he was, wasnt someone she needed to be scarred of. "Gr... growl growlithe?" [Wh... who are you?]

Rather relieved that he hadn't killed the pokemon, he began to swish his tail eagerly. Surpressing a growlithe version of a human grin, he replied "Growl~lithe. Growlll?" [Th' name's Dante. You?]

"Growl... Growllithe lithe, Growlithe." [Well... Nice to meet you, Cagalli.] For a moment, he debated extending his paw like he had seen his trainer do on occasion. Deciding it might come off as rather foolish and aggressive, he settled for leaning to one side and relieving an itch behind his ears. When he had finished, he looked at the possibly traumatised Growlithe. "Gr... Growlithe, growl?" [Eh... You okay? Nothing broken or anything, right?]

Cagalli smiled, forgetting for a moment that her ankle was completely ensnared in the bush and that she was helplessly lost. "Grow lithe." [I'm fine.] She says going to stand up... only to come crashing back down. "Growlith..." [Or not...] She says smiling sheepishly.
[ Sorry for late-post-o-doom >_o . I've been playing Maple Story for two days >>;; ... havent even on. ]

Rather relieved that he wouldn't have to suffer the wrath of a protective owner or fellow growlithe just yet, Dante decided to tackle the problem at hand. Brushing the ground foilage away, he eyed the entangled leg incredulously. "G-growlithe growl growliiiithe?!" [How in the heck did you manage this mess?]
Perhaps he should just burn it off... Er... Well, there was the threat of catching the whole forest on fire, so that option was out. Maybe he should just chew it off - the plant bits, of course, not the actual leg.

Cagalli looked down at her paw. "Grow growlithe... growl growl, lithe growlithe. Gorwlithe." [I dont really know... stepped on a week spot, tried to get out. Now this.]
