Is anyone planning to get this game?
I've got it reserved, pretty much I'm looking forward to being able to fly through an open-world Metropolis...that and throw stuff around and blow stuff around with Ice Breath.

I fear the curse that hangs over the superman games of the past. *thinks of superman 64 and shudders* I think i'll wait and see how it is before comit to buying it. But I have to say this game does look like it has the potental to be very fun

I've been scarred by SuperMan 64, but I must say that this game looks amazing. I can't wait for it to come out, but I must wonder why they chose to release it several months after the movie's release. I would've thought EA would've wanted to start the production months in advance to release it at the same time.

As far as I know, they were planning to put it out with the movie, but it wasn't shaping up well enough so they are going to release it in conjunction with the DVD release of Superman Returns.

I actually have the game, and I have to say: The game is OK, but they could've done better on the graphics and the fighting system...but breaking the sound barrier is music to my ears! Anyway, it isn't what I expected...

its not really a game you should purchase i suggest a rental.

I rented it from work and got all the Achievements in less than 3 days.
Best part?
Flying around the city at super speeds. I made it a game to try and stay as low as possible on the correct side of the highway that circles the city.
Harder than it sounds.
Also pretty much the only fun I had.
...except for finding all the kittens. ninja (@#$@#%@#$%~!!!! at some of them though.)
