Looks pretty good overall, even though I don't know who that is... sweatdrop
Buuuut... His right hand looks kind of wonky, I'm not too good at hands though, so I can''t say how to fix it, sorries. Also, where his hair is parted against his forehead, it looks very flat, while the back of it suggests a lot of volume in his hair. Try fixing the line up a bit so that it doesn't look as if his bangs are pasted to his head. (That's so vague... gonk )
