Renting is less of a hasle. Besides, you only have to give a notice when you want to move out. but when you own you can't move out until someone buys the place! but on the downside, if your renting the landlord can kick you out when ever he wants too.

We're in the process of buying. 3nodding We changed it a lot since you've been here Jin. We tiled the floors, got a metal roof, new shutters, new paint. It's a lot nicer!

i would rather own my home than have to rent. sure at times its convenient to rent but when its yours no one can tell you anything.
