Let me know what you think of it. It's almost done, it just needs an ending. - Ames
I'm everywhere at once, but that's nowhere on the map. Too many dots to place, so I'll say that I'm not here, Save you trouble and confusion.
So I'll wait, and I'll cry, Until you figure out the state I'm living in. The boundaries of my mind Full of rivers, seas, so jumbled Make me ask myself, "What was I thinking?"
What was I thinking, when you were there? Did you see through me, or did you see me in the air? I'm flying freely, but these wings don't point the way There's no home for me, so I guess Nowhere's my name.
The pavement never seemed so cold, under my feet. The motel signs don't say, "Hello, this is your street, We are all here waiting for you."
So I'll walk, and I'll fight, Until you figure out the state I'm living in. The boundaries of my mind Full of thoughts, beliefs, so jumbled Make me ask myself, "What was I thinking?"
What was I thinking, when you were there? Did you see through me, or did you see me in the air? I'm flying freely, but these wings don't point the way There's no home for me, so I guess Nowhere's my name.

This is stunningly well done! I have very high standards for poetry and you definitely meet them! However, these sound more like lyrics for a song that hasn't been created yet rather than just a poem. You can almost feel the music beneath the words, and I really appreciate that kind of thing.
Wonderful, wonderful job. Kudos.
