 Malika'eusi was quite happy this day. Everything was so beautiful to the female and she was especially in a good mood since she had seen a particular lion the other day and she had become what she considered friends with Affritti. That left the pale lioness excited to see what she would encounter today.
Letting her tail go back and forth as she walked she glanced around thinking about things. Soon enough the adolecent came upon the pool of water in the oasis and bent her head to lap some up. Lifting her head the lioness walked a few more feet before plopping to her stomach and gazing toward the water.

She had became her old self again, maybe it was seeing Nyek again or maybe loosing Denge had put a reversal in place, either way, she had became her own self and would do nothing but what she was asked to do by Nyek.
She was wandering around the Oasis, this was a place that was new to her but she knew it would become a home and this was one place where she wouldn't stay for too long, give Nyek what he wants and leave, that was how things should go.

Malika's ears twitched at the sound of movement and she moved only her head to see if whatever was making that noise was something that she could see. Not seeing what she had hoped to see the female rose to her paws and turn when her gaze landed upon Ithi.
"Hello there!" She called out cheerfully in her soft tone of voice.

Ithi looked up suddenly, her eyes landing on the female who had just called out to her.
"Hello" She didn't speak in a soft tone but nor a harsh one, she just looked at the female, a beautiful one, Nyek was a strange boy!

"I haven't seen you around before, have you recently come upon the oasis with Lord Nyek, or have I mearly missed you at the meeting?" Malika asked taking a few steps toward the other female. It was obvious that the adol was happy to meet another, it seemed that everywhere she went the lioness met someone knew.
"Oh!" Malika said suddenly after she had spoken earlier, "How rude of me, let me introduce myself, my name is Malika'Eusi and you are?"

"Lord? You mean the idiotic weakling I grew up with got his title at last, oh what a shame." She laughed and sat down, her tail curling around her body.
"I am Ithibati, Nyek and I go back a long way, we happened to be born at exactly the same time right next to each other. Oh I could tell you stories about him. Never will he have the right to be called a lord." Ithi's feelings towards Nyek were somewhat confusing, she despised him, hated him but lusted after guys with the power he seemed to hold and now she had nothing, what point was there not doing as her body desired for once?

"I do not know if one would call him a weakling or an idiot, but if that may be him." Malika replied hesitantly to the other lioness, those words just didn't seem to fit the Nyek that the adol knew.
"It is a pleasure to meet you Miss Ithibati" Malika then said cheerfully in her soft tone of voice. "Do you dislike Lord Nyek?"

Ithi smiled, this girl was interesting, spoke as a slave, oh yes, she was. "Pfft. Nyek, dont like him? I hate him. Never a reason in the world to like him, why would anyone?" She looked interesting, bored in fact. It was amazing how losing a love can change you so dramatically.

"I must say I am quite fond of Lord Nyek, he has after all been so very kind to me." Malika replied with a cheerful smile on her face. She meant every word she said, he had been nothing but kind to her, and she never saw anything cruel done by him.
"He gave me a home and a place to meet others, theres nothing more that I could ask from him."

Ithi laughed, "You like a murderer and rapist? He raped a dear friend of mine, I had to help bring up that brutes daughter, he did the same to me, luckily I never bore that things cubs." She snarled as she spoke, after all, she spoke only the truth as well.

Malika couldn't believe the words she had just heard. "Um...." She started unable to find the words she needed to reply. Chewing on her bottom lip she said "I...uh...well....he has never done anything of the sort to my or any of those of this pride. What you say may be true but the must be a good reason for him to do such things."
The younger lioness became nervous unsure of what to say to the other, everything she was hearing was a first.

Ithi looked at the youngster and smirked, "You are somewhat naive to the one you believe is worth the title of a king. He raped my closest friend Denge for no reason at all, none what so ever. He attacked me because he believed that I was weaker then him, I never was however now we are adults he has more strength, though I have more brains. Nyek is nothing but a brute, one day someone will get him back, then you won't have anyone to look after you, don't trust him, he will only leave you eventually."
She turned and laid down, licking at her paws. Nyek was goodlooking, strong and had a power she lusted for but her hate for him when never leave.

"I do not count on him to look after me," Malika replied honestly thinking of another lion before she forced him out of her mind. "Although Lord Nyek may leave me, I can only respect his decision." She stopped there choosing her next words carefully.
"After all it is not my place to question anothers movements unless it involves myself directly." The pale lioness spoke softly careful not to upset the other in anyway if she could avoid it.
As for the subject of rape she replied "The king is male, and like many he lusts after things, it is not uncommon, that is perhaps why he 'raped' your dearest friend. I am sorry that had happened to you and your friend, but what is done is done yes?"

Ithi turned and looked at the girl again, "You are so naive. What he did is never going to be in the past, eventually he killed her from what he did, it hurt her and terrorised her that much." She was lieing, her and Denge had such a good life together, she loved Denge, loved her so much.
"You know nothing of the one you call king. He hurt his own mother." She snarled at this point, Rahima had been more of a mother to Ithi then her own mother so anything to do with the red lioness was a smotional spot in this silver lioness, Nyek had hurt her, ashamed her, another reason Ithi hated him.

Although Malika couldn't tell if she was lying or not she was willing to let the other think of Nyek as poorly as she wanted, it was the others decision and it was something that wouldn't be changed likely. "You are free to call me what you wish and to think of him as you wish since it is your opinion but I still like the king and there isn't much that can change my mind."
Malika then paused waiting before she continued "You may have many reasons to hate him because of what happened to you but that is not something that has happened to one so very close to me."
She stopped there determined not to lose her temper or anything else. "Lord Nyek took me in when I had no home, no friends, no anything and that is all that matters to me regardless of what you think Miss Ithibati."
