The Master Realm is also known to be a desolate realm, with one exception. No vegitation grows there, the 'air' appears to be artificial, there are no oceans or other bodies of water, the place is neither dark nor light, good nor evil, and the soil appears not to be soil, but it is one of the most developed realms. Users of the Master element stumbled apon this place between elements long ago and inhabited it, working in peace away from the eyes of the other worlds. A single building constructed completely out of steel stands in the middle of this realm. The building uses technology far surpassing that of any of the other realms, but it is constructed out of a single piece of steel so that only users of the Master element or those with the Master Pendant may enter it.
Note: Only those who can use the Master element, those with a person who can use the Master element, or those with a Master Pendant may enter. Only members of the council have Master Pendants. Only members of the five most ancient demonic families can use the Master element (See "A History Lesson" for more information).

Ranthios Marakishin sighed as he walked down the corridors of the structure in the Master Realm. He'd been part of the council now for almost 1,000 years, yet he still got lost in the ever-changing halls. He sighed as he felt the metal on the wall with his hand to find his way. If only most of the coucil weren't out... he thought to himself.

Staying put in the main council room which had always been shifting, Raine stared down at an old book, her eyes drifting across the tiny, worn black font. With her fingers laced between one another beneath her chin, the council member's eyes ran back and forth along the text's page. The room was completely silent, except for the occasional licking of the finger and flipping of the page. The pendant Durithill had given her along with his equipment and the letter hung around her neck, tucked beneath her shirt.

((His equipment's gone, remember? He kinda took it 5,000 years ago, lol.))
Ranthios sighed with relief this time as his hands felt over the familiar door leading to the council's meeting chamber. He opened the door with his Master Pendant and walked in, making his way to one of the chairs across the table from Raine. "I can always tell your Master Pendant from the rest." he said to her, but he didn't elaborate. "A good book?" he asked, shifting his unseeing eyes toward her.

((Yeah, but when it was left, y'know?))
Recognizing the voice right away, Raine lifted her head with a forced smile. "Yes, I suppose." She responded to him before flipping the page again. She wasn't going to ask him why or how he could tell the difference, but she had wondered... I suppose his other senses heighten when one is lost.. She thought to herself before closing the book, keeping her hand in spot of the last page she was on.

"What do you mean "I suppose"?" he said with a laugh. "Have you not been reading it?" He put his feet up on the metal table and leaned back slightly in his chair. "More reports have been coming in about Durithill, this time from the Demonic Realm." Rathios said with a sigh. "Strangely enough, no damage has been reported other than that caused by the villagers trying to capture him. I think he enjoys messing with our minds." he said as he turned his face toward the ceiling. "b*****d..." he muttered under his breath.

"Yeah..Heh, but it's so-so.." She sadi quietly before words were mentioned about Durithill. "That's good news.." She said somewhat quietly before whipping her head up. b*****d.. being the defensice woman she was, Raine wanted to slap him then and there.. But of course, she wouldn't. One, he was a blind man, and two, Raine couldn't admit her feeling to anyone... After all these years, they still lasted..

"In the past 10,000 years that man's given the council more headaches than the Demonic Realm has demons." he said with a sigh and he fell back to a sitting position. "I wish we could just be rid of him once and for all. If he ever gets it in his head that he could tip the scales of power in favor of the demons... Well let's just say we'd find some way to turn ourselves into demons." he said with a shudder, his eyes "staring" at some spot two feet left of Raine's head. "Have you got anything to report Lady Raine?"

"...Nothing." She said somewhat lowly before raising her eyes to meet with his wandering ones. "Nothing at all.." She mumbled before flipping the book open again. She definatly couldn't let anyone know... She held it a secret for this long, she could do it a little longer as well..

Rathios sighed. "The more he acts up, the less the demons and the angels fight. A paradox if ever I've seen one." he said. "You know the angels and demons both have been calling him "the Blood Drinker" for some time now? Sometimes I wonder if it's just a title, the way he kills all those people..." He either hadn't heard Raine open her book, or he'd ignored it, but it wasn't visible which.

Raine chose to ignore most of the information he had been feeding her, but when the title had risen from his words, Raine had lifted her head from the test. "'Blood Drinker'?" She asked, seeming somewhat interested. "..." She stayed silent after her oblivious question. "Hmm.." She mumbled, lifting one of her pale hands to her chin. Of course, her fellow council member could not see this, he was blind after all.-

"Yes. He's killed so many people, they say he drinks their blood to gain power." he said, and a shiver ran up his spine. "You know, I heard the strangest rumor." he began, pausing slightly to give Raine time to react. "I heard Durithill appeared in a bar and asked the bartender if he had seen a woman named Raine, matching your description."

Raine simply sat there for a few moments, about to stand and grab anotehr book for reference before he had caught her attention with the 'you know, I heard the strangest rumor' bit. Turning around slowly, Raine turned her body to face him, allowing a confused noise emerge from her throat. "Hmm?" She questioned him before he had given her the tid-bit of information.
With her pale hand curling into a fist on the aged wooden table, at that moment, Raine was glad he was blind. He would have been able to tell her thoughts right from her expression in her eyes. "S--So.." She stuttered slightly before speaking again. "What does taht have to mean? There's millions of creatures in these worlds, I'm sure there would be another like me, demonic even.." Heh.. That was her, in one point in time..

"A demonic creature bearing your same name and appearance?" he said with an eyebrow raised. "You don't seem to sure of your own answer. However, my intention was not to rattle you, but put you on guard. If he's searching for you, it must be to exact revenge for whatever happened 50,000 years ago."

"Heh.." She grunted oddly before turning away to grab another book. "Possibly... Maybe not." The last two words slipped. "..."
Taking her attention off of Durithill, Raine skimmed her eyes across the spines of the books and randomly took one. It was something to keep her mind off of what she had heard. "..You never know.." SHe responded to his first statement fairly late..
