on his hand, Elizabeth doesn't notice]

Its not because he realized he was putting her into a a position that would compromise Her honor , although that may have something to do with it its because he was starteled when the black spot reappeared!

So in other words jack wanted to kiss her but the moment was ruined by jones when the black spot reappeared.

But I assume this is pertaining to the fact that everyone is all "OMGOMGOMG JACK AND ELIZABETH!!!"?
Then yeah...People are looking a little too far into it. They need to look at what actually happened instead of what they assume the characters were thinking.

Umm.... yeah.... that is a little bit obvious, but i guess people who hated the movie or just didn't really pay attention might not have of noticed.

Foreshadowing maybe. But all in all Lizzy/Will doesn't seem to be the key relationship on the producer's/director's minds anymore.
I think the wedding not working in the first place should've been a sign lol Personally she can't have Jack, he's too good for her. xp So she can stay with Will.
I've heard thoughts on Elizabeth dying movie 3 though. I can't say I'd be bawling, but I like her, so it'd suck(a little). Either way, Jack stopped because he saw the black spot. He doesn't care about compromising her honor or hurting Will, which is sad but true..... blaugh Oh well! Too bad for Will if Jack and Elizabeth hook up!

Yeah it would be too bad for Will if Jack and Elizabeth hook up! It would be just the plot twist the story needed.
Well, we shall have to wait and see what happens when the 3rd movie comes out!!

You think Jack's too good for Elizabeth? That sounds kind of wierd considering the kind of man Jack is.
But anyway, the only reason I would care if Elizabeth died is because of Will.

I think Lizzie's a better match to Jack than to Will cause Lizzie's attracted to Jack because he is a pirate and all that, where Will is cause of a childhood image of that.

Will still sees Liz as the properlady even though she never really was and defantly isn't now. Jack sees her as she really is a pirate.

Yes it's glaringly obvouse that Jack wanted to kiss her, and he stoped cause of the black spot it scared him, and it was obvouse by her tone after that she wanted him too.
