instrumental, rock, and heavy metal... oh and japanese music razz
mostly i listen to Joe Satriani (instrumental) i love anything with a good guitar

i have a rather broad taste in music so its hard to put down spasific (sp?) types of music that i liston to, but its mostly in rock inde punk alternitive......
..this list could go on for ever so im gonna stop it hear rolleyes

ChaosProphet which do you guys think is more important to music, the instruments being played or the lyrics? THat would have to depend...sometimes words add to the song and sometimes they take away from it. it all depends on the song or band.

THat would have to depend...sometimes words add to the song and sometimes they take away from it. it all depends on the song or band. that was beautifully said 3nodding it just kinda makes me sad how a lot of music you hear nowadays has the singer singing over the music where all you can clearly make out is the singer. partially why i like listening to japanese songs from anime

i realy like being able to liston to the instramentals as well as the vocals, thoe i have to say that some music is ruined by the vocalist being too forward or loud (hence why i realy dislike allot of R&B, Rap, and hip-hop), but i also prefer the instramentals to be mostly "Real" (and yes that includes the key board) unlike most of the "instraments" in most dance/techno music. (hence my dislike of dance/techno music)

i like the music from .hack sign because it's a lot of instrumentals with violins and wind instruments as well as nice japanese singin

I listen to Punk and Rock mostly, with a little classicla thrown into the mix, and if its a REALLLLLY good song, hiphop. Not really rap...or country, I hate counrty.
Oh, and I LOVE Metallica! Heehee
