Okay, coast is clear.
Slowly making his way out of his duplex, Erik was making sure that he would not be seen. Since hitting the 50% point, he's been a little...self-conscious about his appearance. His body was now covered in thick, brown fur, with his neck, chest, waist, and the tip of his tail being white in color. His ears were done changing, sitting on top of his head. Even his eyes had changed, having gone from baby blue to deep amber. To hide his changes, he'd been wearing a baseball cap to hide his ears, a long-sleeve shirt to cover his arms, and a pair of sunglasses to hide his eyes. As another measure, he'd only been going out of his duplex only for food and run around at night.
This morning it seemed like there was nobody around, maybe it was safe to sit down and grab a bite to eat at the Cafeteria. Sitting down with a plate of pancakes and bacon, Erik buried his wet, black nose into the book he brought with him.

~Christopher: 50%~
------------------------
After last night's terrible venture involving his nightmare and his changes, Christopher didn't much like being alone or in secluded areas as much as he once did before. Even though it was just a dream, he was still afraid Moreau might try to do something terrible to him. He knew it was silly but he'd feel a lot more secure if there were people around him in an open area. This way, if something did happen, there would be witnesses that perhaps might even slow the doctor down some.
Chris let out a long sigh, finding there was no one in the cafeteria.
'Yeah, great choice...' Christopher's mind scolded him in a sarcastic manner.
He hoped Minna would meet him here soon. This morning, Chris had contacted her via intercom and told her to come see him in the cafeteria about 9am. He could only wonder what she might think of his new changes. With nothing else to do, Christopher walked to the lunchline and scanned over the available dishes. He stuck his tongue out in disgust as he never did have much liking for cafeteria food to begin with.
"I think I'll pass..." he told himself and looked around for a place to sit.
That's when he noticed the overdressed individual sitting near the back. The smell was familiar too. Was it Erik? Treading closer, the fox-like tail confirmed his suspicions. An overwhelming wave of joy hit him. Despite he knew that his brother was fine, Christopher desperately wanted to talk to him to help rid his mind of the previous night's events.
"Erik!" Christopher called out, dashing for the table his little brother was at and having himself a seat. "I'm so glad to see you... You really have no idea! Last night was a living He..."
Christopher stared dumbfounded when he noticed Erik wasn't responding immediately, keeping his face hidden in his book. His little brother was ignoring him... but why? "What's the matter? ...Erik?"

Grabbing a strip of bacon, Erik didn't notice his brother enter the cafeteria, and the smell of the food in front of him stopped him from smelling Chris. It was only when he heard Chris' voice did know he was there. 'Oh, crap, what am I gonna do?!' he thought.
"Hi." he said nervously.
As his older brother started talking, Erik's amber-colored eyes ran back and forth behind his sunglasses, from Chris and then back to his book. Because of the low lighting and his sunglasses, Erik couldn't tell that Chris changed.
He couldn't do it, he just couldn't ignore his older brother, it just wasn't in him. "I'm not going to keep you guessing, Chris..." slowly, he pulled his face out of his book, revealing his furry face and newly formed muzzle, "...I changed again."

Chris snickered and shot back, "That's what you were afraid to show me?! Come on Erik! You know me better than that. Take off those sunglasses and look at me for a moment."
When Erik takes off his sunglasses, he will see Christopher has also changed. He now has a half-formed muzzle and tail, fur covers his whole body, his feet now have paws and claws, and his human hair has retracted to fur length. A variety of different colors, namely being silver, black, and white, contrast with his natural brown color. His soul patch goatee remains though. Christopher can't help but smile. "Like brother, like brother."
Sighing a little, Christopher adds, "I'm just glad you're ok. I haven't seen you around for a while and I had the worst dream last night..."

Slowly, Erik took off his sunglasses, revealing his amber-colored eyes, and what he saw was a total relief. Releasing a sigh, he was happy to see Chris as far along as him, and hearing the brother comment, he embraced Chris in a big hug.
"You didn't have to worry, I was alright." smiling, he grew curious about Chris' dream. "What happened in it?"

Christopher openly accepted his brother's hug and placed a hand on the back of Erik's head, caressing his hair. He wanted to make sure he wasn't imagining anything. That he was really holding his brother. In a way, he was still waking from his nightmare.
'It was awful..." Christopher trailed off right away. "Moreau... he turned me into a full wolf and I couldn't speak! He was planning to ship me off to a zoo far away from the island. He found out that I had threw a bottle into the ocean which had a note to my parents in it... just so they knew I was ok. So, that was my punishment for pulling that kind of stunt. I ran away and tried to find you. You tried to help me but they found us..."
Christopher started to really choke up on the next part, "... they hurt you! They had pushed you out of the way and started beating you. Then Moreau had you knocked out and carried away. That was the last I saw of you. I was then detained in a cage and found myself in a zoo exhibit not long after. ...Oh God, when I woke up, I started to change. I freaked out so bad because it was like the beginning of my dream!!! At the start of my dream, I was laying in bed and began to change. ...I truly thought I was a goner last night!! I thought my dream was coming true and that ...I'd never see you again... That I wouldn't see anyone again!!!"
Christopher only wrapped his arms tighter around Erik after he finished explaining. "...You have no idea how scared I was..."

Branwan 25% ---------
Branwan trotted into the cafeteria, she was absolutely starving. She was wearing her knee length brown and her nice tomato-red shirt. Her hair, of course, up because of the heat and humidity on the island. As she moved into the room from the sun the tint faded from her burgundy glasses.
She trotted happily over to the food counter, loading her plate with food. Grapes, French bread and Olives where dumped onto her plate, they were joined by Cottage cheese, Tomatoes, and last of all, raw meat.
Glancing around the cafeteria She spotted Erik and Christopher with a cheerful wave and a call of greeting she trotted over to them, smiling broadly. “Hi guys,” she said, “I’m starving, how about you?”

Looking up while still in Erik's embrace, Christopher nodded his head to Branwan. "...Hey, here's a face from the past. Where have you been?"
Chris lifted a hand and motioned for Branwan to have a seat. He then inquired, "So, you been trying to climb the mountain yet?"

“Oh, here and there,” Branwan said vagely, “Just around. You?” she tilted her head quizzically.
She slid into the seat thankfully “Naw” she said shaking her head, “I haven’t found tha time.” She shrugged and smiled, “Anyway, it’s more of a group activity.”
She looked him over, noticing his new features, “So,” She asked carefully, “when did you change?”

Erik was lost for words after hearing about Chris' dream. All he could do was hold his brother and try to reassure him. "It's okay, it's okay, I'm right here, I'm not going anywhere." Then, trying to cheer him up, he said "What makes you think those guys could take me?."
Seeing Branwan for the firs time in a while, he waved and grinned to her. "Hey there, long time, no see." Erik had been thinking about climbing the mountain occasionally, so he suggested to her "Maybe sometime the three of us could go climb it."

“That’d be great!” said Branwan cheerful giving him a warm smile, “we should make a planed time to meet and go up!” she looked over to Chris, “What do you think?”
She dug away at her food, shoveling whole scoops of cottage cheese into her mouth. She closed her eyes as she ate, savoring the flavor, “ya know, they do make good food here,” she said thoughtfully.

Christopher had to laugh at Erik's comment. Breaking the hug, Christopher mock growled and made playful punches to the side of his little brother's face, not making any impact. He really was there. Everything was alright. There was nothing to fret over.
"Well, Erik and I hunted a deer a week ago," Christopher replied to Branwan. "That was a lot of fun. I have a girlfriend now too. Her name's Minna... she's becoming a meekat. She's suppose to meet me here soon so you'll both finally be able to meet her. As for when I changed, this is my second one. They did to me last night. Had one hell of a nightmare to go with it too. But I'm alright now."
Grinning at his brother's suggestion, he agreed, "Well, the four of us should have a hike up the mountains sometime. Let's just try to stay away from the cliffs, ok?"
Christopher winked at his brother when he said that, hoping he'd catch the reference.

Branwan laid down her spoon with a soft but clear click sound. She glared at Chris over the top of her glasses.
“You know, some people,” she started angrily, “some people, try to suppress the instincts of the animal they’re being turned into! Some people try to exert self-control! Some people try to show the difference between them and the beast!” She made it very clear that she very upset with them and her respect for them was greatly lowered. She looked like she might even leave the table.

Christopher, at this point in time, was not going to be demeaned by someone else. Maybe it was his canine side or his current flow of emotions, but he stood and glared right back at Branwan.
'A beast?!' His mind screamed. 'A beast am I?! How dare you...'
"Don't you dare look your nose down at me like that!" the words growled out of Christopher's mouth without any control. "This is who I am. Besides, like surpressing that side of me will do me any good?! I've been surpressing it for too many goddamn years Branwan and you know what? I'm <******** sick of it!!! And like surpressing this will do any of us good. We let it ferment inside us, it'll pop like a cherry eventually. Better to embrace so you can grasp control over it. You have a worse chance of losing yourself by fighting it than you do if you try to embrace it and get the control. Do you understand me?!?!"
He beared his fangs to show his disproveful of Branwan's scolding. "I like you Branwan... I really do but I don't need to hear that kind of crap now. If you can't accept who I am, no one is keeping you here. Nothing's keeping me here so if you want, I'll go right now!!!"
Smashing his fist onto the table, Christopher strutted off, anger very evident in his eyes.

Returning Chris' wink with a knowing grin, he sank into his seat when Branwan talked to them in an upset tone. His hat fell off and his ears flattened against his head, but he wasn't going to panic, he was just waiting for her to calm down before he said anything.
Taking a breath as if he was going to say something, he was interrupted by Chris' outburst. After he strutted off. He gently grabbed Branwan's hand and calmly said to her, "Branwan, there's...something you need to know about Chris."
Erik then explained to Branwan about how while filming, Chris had that terrible accident which left him in a feral state, about how he was kept in an asylum, and how he'd been keeping it all buried within him for all these years. Erik then waited for Branwan's reaction.
