Jamaa had taken Kianjahe and Temari out for a while. He had asked Demani to watch the pups, but he doubt that he would even do that for him. Poki was off somewhere, probably chasing his little bugs, his main diet.
Ryega was resting peacfully next to his youngest brother, Agizo. Or....what felt to be something beside him. It was hard and cold. Perhaps it wasn't Agizo. Was it? He wish he could smell, but his nose was rather stuff and his sight...well, he had none since birth. He was just a little scared was all, not being able to see what was around him and what could happen without knowing it made him frightened.
Ryega curled up and shivered slightly, "Gizo...." he murred softly, the only name he calls when he is scared or frightened. Not his father. Not his mother. Not his older brothers. But his youngest sibling.

Agizo as resting under the shade of a tree. His small body curled up in an almost feline ball. His carmel tipped tail thumped against the ground in content. The trees was large enough the his entire body was dappled in shade. His maw sprung open in a yawn as he stretched his small body out. Ryega's voice distracted him. His oldder brother had been sleeping when he vntured to the small tree outside the den.
Gizo sighed heavily and wandered back into the den. "Yes Ryega? You called for me?"

Ryega lifted his head and looked over to the rock, "Brother?" he called. He reached out and touched it and discovered it was a rock. He felt stupid. He withdrew his paws and sniffed around with a sort of...wet sniff from his stuffy nose and tried his best to find his brother.
"Gizo...." he murred. He didn't want to move more than he has. If he did he would just miss and make himself look like a fool, and he didn't want to in front of his brother. "I was wondering where you were....I got scared..."

Agizo shoook his head and yawned. "I was just by the tree outside. Don't worry so much brother." Her walked on tired paws toward the small pup, nudging him mgently to make his presence known. His tail wagged behind his as he nipped at a paw.
"I didn't think you'd wake up so soon."

Ryega smiled softly, "Sorry, we can go outside if that is what you want, Giz." he replied, his tail wagging again. His tail rarely wags and he rarely smiled like that. The red pup got to his feet and yawned, yipping at the end of it; cute.
"Well, it just got cold and I sort of woke up. I guess everyone already left to do whatever today...." his ears dropped.

"We don't have to go inside if you don't want to Ryega. I was just getting a bit of fresh air." Agizo smiled and lai down on the cool ground. It was nice to be on the stone instead of the dirt anyway. His tail thumped against the stonee causing dust to raise aroundd his dark coat.
"Yep. Everyone is off doing their own thing."

Ryega moved his head, following Agizo's scent. He was still around and from the wagging, he was either happy or nervious. Rey smiled and laid down beside him, hopefully the right way. Carefully, he rested his head on his paws, under Agizo's sights, smiling softly up at him. With him around, he always felt safe, safer than his other brothers, step or blood, safer than the other members of the pack, safer than his mother, and safer than his own father. Agizo has been there for him since birth, what else would one expect? No one would understand. He was the only one that Rey felt cared about him at all rather than their personal reputation or something else.
"Giz, I was wondering....what do you look like?"
He asked, dropping his ears, looking away from him. The other thing was, all he knew about him was his scent and some features of his body. Sort of made him feel bad.

Agizo dropped his head to his paws, yawning softly. His caramel colored paw swept at the tuft of hair that tickled his nose as he closed his eyes. The cool stone against his stomach balanced out the heat from his brown fur. The pup licked happily at his whiskers when Ryega lay next to him. He was still rather tired but being a good brother came before everything else. He was Ryega's protector and a protector he would stay.
Those words came just as he began to doze. It was such a hard question to answer especially when it was so fragile a matter.
"It doesn't matter Ryega."

"But...."
Ryega called back, turning to him. Gizo was probably the only wild dog that he would 'look at' when he was talking. His scent was so familiar, he could smell it anywhere he went. Even next to him, Rey knew where his brother was.
"...Okay then."
Ryega smiled as he flopped over, legs from his brother, head up to him. He wasn't able to see him, and he didn't feel or hear anything from his brother. Ryega looked up at him with glazed eyes.
"Brother...? Are you....sleeping?"
He asked, proding his nose against his brother's fur, the fresh, crisp scent filling his nose. It made him smile a little more. He loved Agizo's earthy scent, it was one of the first things he remembered since he was born. If he brother was indeed sleeping, he wasn't able to wake him. The odd-ball of the family, being the only red canine of the pack, he got to his feet and curled up against his brother.

Agizo nuzzled his brother gently. "Shhh." He cleared his throat and smiled weakly.
"Ryega, you were born this way and this way you shall always be. You aren;t meant to see the world like I see it. You never will be. Such things as looks and sights aren't yours to worry about. This is how you are brother and this is how I want you. Innocent and unclouded by the worlds ugliness. Yes, there is beauty but it is hard to find and even harder to grasp and keep with you. Please Ryega. Don't try to unserstand things that you will never grasp." He spoke well beyond his years and licked his brothers muzzle.
"I don't want life to be a disappointment to you."

Ryega nuzzled his brother back the best he can. What he said was true, he wasn't meant to see, he was forever to be blind and unable to see. But he will learn to live with it, work with it, and use it in his favor. But he didn't want to worry about that right now, he was just happy where he was; next to his brother.
"I know...I know...I just sometimes wished I could see you just once, but I know that will never happen."
He spoke, pressing himself close to his younger brother.
"But I know that, and yet I still wish for it. I don't want to grasp it, I don't want to understand, all I want is just to see you...."
He finished, he was disappointed at life, he was disappointed in himself.

Agizo rolled his eyes. His older brother was being unbearable. That was ho he was supposed to be and that's how he'd stay. He licked his white paw before curling up in a tight ball beside him.
"If that's what you want in life, to see, then fine but there isn't anything I can do about it nor Mom and Dad." Ryega might as well wish to have wings and fly at the rate he was going. Maybe someday he would understand but it certainly wasn't his place to say anything in the first place. "I guess you'll just have to wait for a miracle Ryega."

Ryega sighed and leaned against his brother. Perhaps his dreams were impossible to accomplish, no mircle could do what he wanted nor would he want to wait for it, hopefully waiting for it to come knowing it would not.
"I guess...you're right."
He muttered, pulling his ears back and rested his head down to his brother. Even though he was the only that cared for him, to Ryega's mind, he was still....difficult. He sighed again going into a yawn making a noise that sounded funny and chuckled softly from it. The red pup pawed at his chest softly, feeling his own fur and smiling, he was soft. His maw parted when his paw ventured to his brother's fur, he was too. Smiling, he turned to his side, resting his head against his brother's back. He was indeed soft, very comfortable too.
"Sorry, I guess...I'm just a dreamer."
His voice soft and apologetic.

Agizo nuzzled his brother gently. He felt so horrible for his older sibling. To not see the world was something awful. it may have had it's ups and downs but it was still beautiful. No matter what. His tail swung behind him as he curled around the older.
"Ryega, you're perfect the way you re. if you were to gain sight then our bond would be broken. Our lives would be altered beyond repair." He sighed. His brother was a dreamer and forever would be one. A smile tugged at his maw as he draped a paw over those red shoulders. Maybe everything would work out in the end. Maybe there would be a miracle someday of tremendous value but not yet. His connection with his brother was much to sacred. Much too precious for it to end now.
"Keep on dreaming brother."

The lone red pup of the pack laid under under his brother's protective paw. At least here he felt safe from harm of any. He put his entire faith into the youngest of the family. He may be young, but he had knowledge beyond his age.
"I guess you're right. And I wouldn't want our bond broken...I sort of like what we have."
He murmured, resting his head under his brother, gathering his warmth. The stone floor of den was rather cold. He wanted his vision, he didn't care for how long, he just wanted to finally put the pieces together of those around him. He didn't know what they looked like, he didn't know what everything looked like, it felt like he was cursed. But Gizo...he made him feel like he wasn't. He made him feel special, unique, different...gifted.
"Yeah...with you and everyone."
Ryega murred, curling against his brother.
