Arcana. Another very popular one. It's about vampires. I remember refreshing this every day in hopes for updates. It's been discontinued and promised to be done in prose form or something. But I have doubts about that.
Boy Meets Boy. Very funny comic about Harvey and Mik. Harvey is in a band with his friends Skids and Cyanide. If you haven't read this, seriously, what is wrong with you. Read it now.
Friendly Hostility. The somewhat prequel-sequel of Boy Meets Boy. It centers on Fox and Collin. Very good. Read it once you've read BmB
Can You Keep A Secret. The art is okay. The story is kinda meh. It seems to be about a kid who gets abused and is rescued by some other kid. The first kid becomes all stalker-like to the second kid and whoa creepy.
Children of the Stars. Nice art. It's about Aki befriending Rei from Japan. He comes to visit Aki. And Aki's friend Juliet is jealous. There was more of this comic done but the artist decided to redo it so she started over. Slow updates.
Clipped Wings. Nice art. Interesting story idea. It's about a few people who stay in a hotel. It's a strange hotel because it moves from place to place and when you stay there, you stop aging. It stopped updating for a while but the artist seems to be trying to work on it more now.
Directions of Destiny. Beautiful art. Pretty neat story line if I remember right. I haven't read it in ages so I don't remember exactly what it's about. It might not be slash. :/
Hurricane Party. It's about two room mates. They're kinda geeky, okay very geeky. One loves the other but that one has a boyfriend. It's amusing. It hasn't been updated in forever.
Illicent Miracles. Seth and Nick are room mates. One day Seth finds a Naked Adam in his bathtub. Adam has no memories of his life before that or how he even got into their apartment. People seem to be after Adam because of his strange powers or something? It's kinda slashy
Schism. One of my favorites. I really need to reread it to fully understand what's going on in it. :/ In the future, the world pretty much collapses due to something called the Schism. People suspect that Shikai has something to do with it because he disappeared after that. Ten years after the Schism, Jiko is on his way to work when he bumps into Shikai and finds Shikai's sunglasses. I really can't explain much more. You'll just have to read it.
Sempiternal. No summary yet but very cute artwork from what was seen on the main page.
Slanted Mind. Very nice art. Meros is dating Rafae but when he meets his new professor.... lol. Meros and Thanat try to persue a hidden relationship but then Meros' friend Joan finds out and tries to expose them.

Your Wings Are Mine. One of the most popular shounen ai web comics. Beautiful art. Slow updates(every three to four months generally). I just can't even decide who I want Kenichi to be with. Suoh or Ethan. :/
