Jack LOVED living near the beach. Moving to the new apartment may have been the best thing that could've ever happened to his little heart. The water and all her glory was just a stone's throw away from the apartment and more often than not Ronnie didn't care if he went on his own.
But today his older sister was with him. Dierdre liked to keep an eye on him when he went to the beach, really he thought it was because she hated the apartment, and their new baby sister Nydia. So the tall fae child accompanied him down to the water where various forms were laid out on the sand like beached whales.
"Don't go too far Jack." She called out settling herself down on her own towel. Of course SHE didn't look like a whale, it was only the rest of the world. Preparing to soak up the sun, she didn't give the boy much other thought.
Jack however was already off toward the water, waiting for his next new adventure to strike. Picking up a stick that would make a suitable sword, he tucked it into his belt and carted along his jar of dirt down the surf.

Akuma had planned a day to take Lena, Kailey, and Jordan down to the beach, for a planned day to get them out of the house. Upon getting to the beach Akuma just had to yell the normal four words, "Stay together you three," upon arriving and seeing the three of them run off down the beach with Snowcap in pursuit.
After a sometime down the beach Snowcap out of habit took off when he saw somebody else he thought he might also like, some way down the beach. Then Lena, Kailey and Jordan took off after him in pursuit of him this time. Upon catching up to Snowcap, where he had sat down in front of the other child and looked up at him, and his jar of dirt. Lena had reached for Snowcap's collar, "Sorry, if he bothered you," said Lena as she continued to reach for the collar.

"Not a bother love." Jack replied looking up a the new people. Tightening his grip on his jar of dirt, and stood up to face them. "And who are you lot then?" he asked smirking slightly. Scallywags perhaps?
Giving the whole general populace of them a wave, he pointed to himself, "I'd be Jack, Jack Sparrow." He glanced out to the ocean, with some work, this lot could turn into his crew someday, after he got his boat that was.

"I'm Lena," said the blonde haired girl grabbing Snowcap's collar. "I'm Kailey," said the other blonde haired. "And I'm Jordan. Nice to meet ya Jack," replied the black haired boy as he regained his posure from bending down, and picking something up.

Jack sized up each one with a glance, if they teamed up they could probably mutiny... but maybe they'd do for a voyage or two. "Pleasure to meet ya then." He nodded once to each before fishing his sword (stick) out of his belt and pointing it toward the end of the beach.
"You lot want to go adventuring with me? There's a cave down there that could use some looking into." He'd been down there once before but it'd been empty so he assured himself that he'd go again to see if it were a suitable base of operations.

"Cool, I'm up for that," said Jordan excitedly as he loved to jump at the oppurtunity for a good adventure. "Lets go then. What about you Kailey," said Lena as she pushed her sunglasses back up on her nose. "Sure, sounds wonderful," said Kailey as she scratched snowcap behind the ears.

Jack smiled once at them and began the march to the cave. Leading the procession he called back to them, "I'm captain of this expedition and..." he thought for a moment, "Jordan you can be first mate." He wasn't being sexist... well maybe not a whole lot, but it seemed the boy was the most ready for the adventure.
Trooping along the surf Jack hoped that Dierdre wouldn't go looking for him, she didn't want him to go far... but she never knew where he was anyway. Reaching the mouth of the cave he peered in to see if anyone was around. "Alright crew, search the cave to make sure we be the only ones here."

When the four of them ventured into the cave Lena and Kailey looked down at Snowcap. "Sniff boy," they both said in unison. "Tell us if somwbody is in here," said Lena as her and Kailey continued to look around while Snowcap sniffed.
Jordan continued to peer around the rocks, and boulders seeing if he could find anything or anyone. "Anyone find anything yet," asked Jordan.
"No one yet," came the reply from Lena as her and Kailey continued to look.
"What about you Jack," asked Jordan.

"That's Captain Jack, if you please." The young boy sniffed while shuffling along in his overlong coat. The cave did appear to be empty, which was good, this would be where they had their base. "Alright crew! The cave be ours now!" he cheered once for himself and the others.
And as their base, it would be their job to keep intruders out. "So, now that we've got our base, how're we to protect it? Can't do all the thinking all by me onsie can i?"

"Hey, Captain I have an idea," said Kailey as she scratched Snowcap behind the ears, "Snowcap, can stay guard and help keep intruders out."

Jack eyed Snowcap once, "I dunno, you think he'd be able to keep them out? Doesn't look quite ferocious enough to me." But it would be an easier solution than trying to keep one of them here the entire time. He was pretty sure they'd need all the bodies to find the right amount of treasure.

"He's cute little looks are what make him a fine guard dog, because people underestimate him," said Jordan, as Snowcap let out a growl in compliance.

"Alright then, he'll be the guard." Jack conceded hoping they were right about it. "Now," he turned to face them again, "look around this cave, what does it need?" Waiting a beat he answered his own question, "Treasure! Loads and loads of treasure! And tis our job the fill it up!"
Glancing out of the cave toward the beach he gestured, "Out thar, be tons of treasure just waiting to be found! So, what're we waiting for! Let's venture out and get us some loot!"

"Yipee," hooted Jordan as they took off toward the beach and Snowcap wandered to the entrance and sat there ears perked and eyes scanning the area.
"So what kinda of treasure we be looking for Captain Jack," asked Lena as they walked along the beach.

Jack plodded along the sand, every once and a while stopping randomly and digging in the sand. "Well love," he began digging again, "we're looking for..." gripping something he pulled out a few gold coins, "the shiney kind." Flipping the coins into the air he let the sun glint off them.
"Always the shiney kind, and maybe the 'could be valuable' kind every now and then." Continuing his search, he checked around to make sure the others were doing their part.
