does anyone know how the dragon knights are chosen to bear the true dragon rune?
because i know that the true runes let the owner stay ageless, so when do they know it's time to give it up? cause in the third game, Millia has the true rune, making her the 'dragon father' instead of joshua? do they wait until there dragons die then? and leave the knights?
this has been in my head for a while now...
and also why are the runes always on the right hand? what if your a lefty? cause traditionally they always say 'place your right hand out'.
that's been bothering me too...
answers would be appreciated!

I don't recall if they were destined to bear the Dragon Rune, but it's fitting that they do. And they don't wait until their dragon dies, the Bearer just decides when to pass it on and who to.
And NOBODY knows the deal with Yuber and Pesmerga. (It's my personal opinion that Yuber stole Pesmerga's money, though.)

I love how you just changed topic... three times.
1) It's probably decided kind of on strength or something. If Milia decided it was time to pass her rune on, I'm quite sure someone high in the ranks and the person most likely to be the best bearer would get the rune.
2) BECAUSE THEY CAN! It doesn't really matter where it is... Leknaat's Gate Rune is on her head... And Luc and Sasarai were created thanks to their runes... And although the game tells you it's on their hand, in the manga they gave more of a feel that the rune is a part of them, like inside them...
3) Because Pesmerga wants to have Super Hot Sex with Yuber, but Yuber doesn't want to be uke.

Wasnt the True Wind Rune in Luc's Soul due to an accident? thats what I remember lol and Yuber and Pesmerga are just something that presumably will have a major role in the final suikoden nothing known about them yet and as Chikuu said it doesnt matter where the rune goes Lazlo (suiko 4 hero) has his on his left, Leknaat on her forhead, Sovereign Rune on the Dragon King Sword and Beast Rune on L' Renouille about Milia I think Joshua felt that she would be the most rightful and deserving to receive it.... she did help save the dragons after all (Using Trash to help Tir)

So, there are eight Suikoden games, but the Gaidens haven't been released outside of Japan. And yes, Tactics counts.

I is a poor High school student. Anyone have any links for scans of the manga (Which I did read a little at Otakon. Thomas is so cute ^.^), or know anywhere I can buy them cheap?
