Anybody have a favourite arcade that they go to a lot? For the AC crew, it's obviously Funland, but are there any other places that you guys like to go?
Also, post any info on new arcades or arcades you just discovered, spred the love people.

Chinatown has some good arcades, but all in all it's about Funland arcade.
Speaking of arcades, should we try and make a Playdium gathering? You know they got discount prices for groups, maybe we should check it out.

Who was it that told me they removed unlimited for an hour? You I think..that sucks crying Playdium is hella expensive in terms of actually breaking down the price to games at other arcades

There's no arcade in this town. Our movie theater doesn't count.

I have only ever been to about two arcades, the one here in town and Funland. I would have to say funland is way better for it has more games. The one here is very sad, I shall take a picture of it next time I go to our 'mall' where it is located.

Jinzouki Pirated KOF? What was pirated about it? surprised They just had wierd sprite changes and and given different names. Funland has one called "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon", even though it has NOTHING to do with the movie.

For instances in King of Fighters 2001 they had different game art and some character had different celebrations, but other than that it was all the same.

I get what Skunch is saying. It's like Street Fighter Rainbow Edition. Just tweek some gameplay stuff, add some sorta cheats or differences and you got a hack game xd I used to have Rainbow Edition in Miami in my local video rental place when the SF2 was pretty new. Back then I wasnt much of a good player so most moves came out doing 360 joystick movements and random button presses confused Luckily I figured out wtf I was doing when normal SF Hyper Edition came out so I wont look like some scrub on the arcades or home console surprised

No they were the original version but then hacked over by some Triad or Yakuza and sent to the cartels in South America. They had the wierdest costumes and some background stages I've never seen before. sweatdrop
